Good find passing by the area. Very nice staff trying their best to welcome you. Very reactive and accommodating. Our family room was clean and convenient, close to the little pool, refreshing and adding fun for our kids. A coastal walk was pleasant with drink and dine options. Although the view from the onsite hotel restaurant is as amazing ( great view from breakfast to sunset!). Generous buffet with local flavour and intention to please foreigners tastes. Much appreciated. Shared washing machine was handy. WiFi wasn’t working that day. WiFi wasn’t working the day we stayed unfortunately. Kind staff very apologetic.

Parking was a bit difficult, but the staff helped us get our car out.

The property was nice and clean. We booked a family en-suite and two other en-suites. The staff were helpful, always smiling and ready to assist.

We had a beautiful and relaxed stay in the family owned hotel Napolon Kompleks. The hotel stands out through it's Multi-Tiered terrace structure, connected through stairs, with lots of cozy nooks and crannies to sit and relax. The breakfast was very tasty, not too much but just right and was served to us every day at our table, where we could take in the magnificent view. In the hotel everyone was very friendly and accommodating and we felt right at home. we recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to experience a slice of Albania and doesn't only want to stay in the major tourist areas.

Not the hotels fault but very steep climb from beach/bars upstairs back to the room so just be prepared. Could do with a kettle in the room.

Great property. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Rooms not quite as big as they appear in the photos but have nearly everything you could need. Fantastic location near a stunning stone beach. There was also a storm as we went to leave which would have made driving difficult, they let us keep the room for a few hours while it passed free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in Albania. Simple but tasty.

They did not change our bedsheets and towels. The sea is 2 min away but you can get there through stairs and you can imagine how difficult it is go up there. But the view from the top of the stairs is amazing. It is just a small village so you can’t do much there, but the water, sea and food are totally worth it. The hotel has a very small pool, as an adult I wouldn’t use it, why would you use it anyway if the sea is just 2 min away. The seawater is very clean and extremely cold in SOME parts because of the water coming from the mountain there, but you can go a little bit far, where it is not cold anymore. The breakfast didn’t have many options, but everything was extremely fresh. This is not a bad review, we really loved it there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, it had a perfectly working AC, the Bathroom was small but had everything needed. It is very near to the sea and the first restaurant near the hotel was amazing!!! (Te STEFI)They have a parking place there, but it was full and a little bit difficult to get out of there, as a beginner not easy. But the people working there can do it for you. They have washing machines there, which you can use for free, very very useful.

Pool in our room was so small so we didn’t use it. But main pool is nice and clean so we didn’t missed out at the end

We stayed with our two kids at one of family suites with a pool and really enjoyed our time there Location very easy to find, friendly and very helpful members of staff and nice variety of food at restaurant. Our room was nice and clean with very comfy beds and amazing sea view from the balcony.

You also have to ask for the cleaning of the room, it was not daily. Also not all triple rooms were the same size. One was much smaller and not all of them had a view of the sea, but at least the small one had a view of the pool. Everything else was fine. I would recommend it as a hotel and would come again.

The complex was very nice. One of the rooms was large, with a bathtub. The staff was very kind, especially the staff of the restaurant where we had breakfast. They were very gentle especially with the kids. The breakfast was also very delicious. It was 2-3 minutes away from the beach, just go down the stairs. There was also the pool that you could use.

Nothing. Only that it was hard to climb the steps back to the room after a tough day on the beach!

The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious (especially the homemade Albanian donuts!!) and all the staff were so friendly and courteous. The hotel has direct access to the seafront promenade via a set of steep steps.

Nice complex with amazing view and direct access to the beach. As many reviews mention, there are lots of steep stairs but that is what you need for a beach far away from the traffic and for a beautiful view. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The room (basic triple room) was small but beds were comfortable, it had a fridge and direct access to the terrace next to the common pool, where we could sit and enjoy the sunset. Value for money was good for this option. Of course bigger rooms have better conditions. You can choose your price and level of comfort. We found this reasonable.

Lots of mosquitos and our room had a small gap under the door which must have had a welcome neon sign for mosquitos and invisible for human eyes. Otherwise, our room was like a small bungalow and very enjoyable

The location just above the beach and a nice view. We wished one of the suites with a private pool were available as they were higher up than our room and must have had a more enjoyable view, but that's for our next trip!

There was very little „kitchen“ equipment.

The complex is nicely built into the hill. The apartment (3 beds) faced south and west with beautiful sea and sunset views. It‘s only a few steps to the shore and promenade.

Super nice staff, very good location, just be careful as there are lots of stairs, so if you are not fit, this might be an issue. Nice swimming pool.

The Pool on the balcony was a bit dirty and did not look like in the picture. the door lock jammed, so we could not lock it from the outside. Not enough parking space available.

The View was amazing! You could even hear the sea when leaving the window open. The Personal did not speak English but was nice and called the owners when we had questions.

that when we arrived we found garbage, the glasses were not completely clean, the light in the bathroom was automatic and the pool was too cold.
