Location and a lot of stairs !

Good find passing by the area. Very nice staff trying their best to welcome you. Very reactive and accommodating. Our family room was clean and convenient, close to the little pool, refreshing and adding fun for our kids. A coastal walk was pleasant with drink and dine options. Although the view from the onsite hotel restaurant is as amazing ( great view from breakfast to sunset!). Generous buffet with local flavour and intention to please foreigners tastes. Much appreciated. Shared washing machine was handy. WiFi wasn’t working that day. WiFi wasn’t working the day we stayed unfortunately. Kind staff very apologetic.

Steps to go to the beach

We had a pleasant stay in Qeparo; our host was kind and available throughout our visit.

A family run place that is very clean and with all the creature comforts. The rooms were very spacious for my wife and kids. The terrace felt like an out door living space which we enjoyed morning mid-day and evenings. The whole complex felt very safe and secure.

We enjoyed everything about the property.

The property was nice and clean. We booked a family en-suite and two other en-suites. The staff were helpful, always smiling and ready to assist.

Parking was a bit difficult, but the staff helped us get our car out.

Private pool and view from the room was magical. Food at the restaurant was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very satisfied by the stay at Napolon Complex. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms, and great facilities. The price is really good, compared to similar places. And you will enjoy traditional albanian breakfast, which is very good. There are some downhill steps to reach the beach, but thats not a problem. It just stops you from gaining weight, while on holidays. Would highly recommend it :)

Breakfast it was perfect better than expected.

We had a beautiful and relaxed stay in the family owned hotel Napolon Kompleks. The hotel stands out through it's Multi-Tiered terrace structure, connected through stairs, with lots of cozy nooks and crannies to sit and relax. The breakfast was very tasty, not too much but just right and was served to us every day at our table, where we could take in the magnificent view. In the hotel everyone was very friendly and accommodating and we felt right at home. we recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to experience a slice of Albania and doesn't only want to stay in the major tourist areas.

Great property. Clean. Very comfortable beds. Rooms not quite as big as they appear in the photos but have nearly everything you could need. Fantastic location near a stunning stone beach. There was also a storm as we went to leave which would have made driving difficult, they let us keep the room for a few hours while it passed free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in Albania. Simple but tasty.

Not the hotels fault but very steep climb from beach/bars upstairs back to the room so just be prepared. Could do with a kettle in the room.

I would have more positive things to say about this hotel if I didn’t feel so ripped off. Hotel is way overpriced for what you get. It feels like they’ve copied the price of other hotels in Greece/Croatia etc without actually meeting any of the same standards. Our room was not the same as the pictures, we justified the price thinking we were getting a private pool when we actually didn’t. Our room’s aircon didn’t work properly. Breakfast was oily, no healthy options available. My partner got food poisoning from the restaurant and after telling them about it we were still charged for the meal. On the map it looks like a beachfront resort but there is quite a climb and many flights of stairs to get to the beach. We managed alright but could be made clearer for those who are older or have any knee problems. You can’t pay for the accommodation on booking.com but then they charge you 3% to pay by card on site. When booking, the property had incredible reviews which drew us to it. We’ve since noticed a slew of negative ones which made us wonder if they leveraged those early positive reviews to hike up the price. Overall, the experience left a sour taste in our mouths as we felt taken advantage of. The hotel would do well to consider pricing more fairly and giving a more honest representation of what you’re booking.

Our room was flooded on the first day. As compensation they moved us to a room that smelled and was not nice. We have destroyed things and had to pay full price for accommodation. In the restaurant, they want an extra fee of 3 euros when paying by card. No one explained to us what the 3 euro fee is for.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, it had a perfectly working AC, the Bathroom was small but had everything needed. It is very near to the sea and the first restaurant near the hotel was amazing!!! (Te STEFI)They have a parking place there, but it was full and a little bit difficult to get out of there, as a beginner not easy. But the people working there can do it for you. They have washing machines there, which you can use for free, very very useful.

They did not change our bedsheets and towels. The sea is 2 min away but you can get there through stairs and you can imagine how difficult it is go up there. But the view from the top of the stairs is amazing. It is just a small village so you can’t do much there, but the water, sea and food are totally worth it. The hotel has a very small pool, as an adult I wouldn’t use it, why would you use it anyway if the sea is just 2 min away. The seawater is very clean and extremely cold in SOME parts because of the water coming from the mountain there, but you can go a little bit far, where it is not cold anymore. The breakfast didn’t have many options, but everything was extremely fresh. This is not a bad review, we really loved it there.

We stayed with our two kids at one of family suites with a pool and really enjoyed our time there Location very easy to find, friendly and very helpful members of staff and nice variety of food at restaurant. Our room was nice and clean with very comfy beds and amazing sea view from the balcony.

Pool in our room was so small so we didn’t use it. But main pool is nice and clean so we didn’t missed out at the end
