Great owners, lovely communication, always quick answers, helped us with laundry (5 euro), other kitchen stuff. White, clean and smelling fresh towels and bed linen. Amazing sea view from room and balcony, sympathetic design, good bathroom, water pressure, comfortable kitchen, enough space for 2 people 4 nights. Quite place even at main route 1 minute upstairs. Nice area to walk downstairs to beach. We got 2 coffee capsules and welcome juice at check in. Restaurants at the beach are good, the best menu is at Aloas beach bar, and their beach&sunbeds are clean. Old town of Qeparo on the hill is beautiful, we enjoyed the visit and views, thanks to Kostas' recommendations. Minimarket across the street is pretty good to cover breakfast shopping. Also here is the bus stop.

Small ants were immediately coming to any packed food. Is needed to mop the floor after shower. No basics for cooking as salt, oil, pepper etc., but was fairy and sponge, what helped a lot. I would add for guests cleaning spray for sink (at home i wash everyday), and towel change service. Be careful AC is blowing minimum at one of you laying down on the bed in front of it, and fridge is very small. If to buy things for breakfast for 4 nights/2 people, space is at the limit. Bakery (Mr. Baker) is poor and at 750 m by foot on busy road. Stairs from the beach to pass 2 times a day is too much tiring, we were planning them only once a day.))

Great hosts, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location for the beach and the hosts recommended a fab restaurant.

A lovely, modern, clean apartment ! On site parking is a must here so glad we had some. Very helpful hosts who couldn't do enough for us and even baked us a few pastries on our departure. There are quite a few steps down to the beach but more than managable by most. Modern decor throughout and tastefully furnished. There are a few good restaurants at the beach which we enjoyed eating at all at very reasonable prices. This was our first visit to Albania. A beautiful country with such lovely people ! We'll be back !

Beautiful view. Absolutely stunning! We had a warm welcome with a glass of fruit type sugar drink which was kind, also offered an Albanian breakfast food on 2 of the days. We could not park in car port and had to move the car on the busy road so be careful with a big car. We had emailed in advance but that's where they put us. The room was perfect size for two. Bed is superking size and overlooks the veiw. Very comfortable too. Bathroom was a sizable ensuite with good water pressure but shower head needed wedging in to stop it swivelling. Nice size balcony with airer and seating. Only issue is there's a bit where you are open to the neighbours, ours were lovely and we were both respectful of each other so not a problem. Clean and very serviceable room over all.

190 steps to the sea, some are uneven so not for the feint hearted. We're reasonably fit but it was a killer in the heat. It comes with the views of course but other reviews say 5/10 mins to the beach, they're right! But up very steep steps. Our main problem and why we would not recommend the accomodation. Is Staff (the owners) entering the room without knocking, we had to have the key in the lock to stop it. Staff also going into room to inspect it when we went out. We know theyd been in but bins or bedding had not been changed etc so no reason to do so. Staff also Turning fridge to warmest setting so the produce was only just off room temp, turning off ac and changing settings. We emailed them to ask them no to but they said no. We felt we lacked privacy and made the stay awkward.

The location is perfect, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the housekeepers are very friendly.

The guests were waiting for us to show the place. The place was so clean and so good so we had to book for another extra day. Its near markets, bars and Restorants. There is free parking at the place where the guests were showing you, your parking spot. Totally recommended for everyone and my friends

Perfect location right next to the beach. Very friendly and welcoming staff, good communication by WhatsApp since English is a little bit of a barrier but it doesn’t hurt any. Parking right in front of the property. View from the bed and living room is amazing. Comfortable bed, new installations, and well equipped chicken. Would stay more!

Shower was a little bit difficult to manage (handle one) with some issues with water flow and temperature but nothing that would erase all the good things! Check out is early (10AM) but they could manage a little bit more time for us.

The room was very clean and spacious with a magnificent sea view from the balcony and just what we needed for our 4 nights in the lovely seaside village of Qeparo. Having access to a washing machine was greatly appreciated. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, and provided some delicious home baking. While we didn’t know any Albanian, communication was not at all a problem. There is a handy mini market and cafe right across the road. We didn’t have a car and got on fine walking to the beach and around the village. I would highly recommend this property and spending time in Qeparo.

I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. Host was very welcoming, at the moment you arrive there, they treat you with a fresh juice. One other morning they brought us ‘petulla’ with honey for breakfast. It is clean and they change the towels every a couple of days. Definitely worth it for the price.

Personally, I didn’t like the beach of Qeparo that much so I had to take my car to Borsh beach (4-5) km away everyday. This was the only downside for me, but not a big issue really.

Wonderful views of the water from the room and balcony. The apartment was very spacious with everything you could wish for. The couple who look after the property were very welcoming and gave great suggestions for dinner. Only a few minutes walk to the beach
