Private hotel, clean and newly repaired with own parking. Very friendly waitress who was serving us breakfasts. Seaview on second-floor, though always on the sun without a shade on a balcony. Breakfasts is not buffet but you order: fried eggs or omelette and also get some water, milk and muffins on the table. Umbrella and two sunbeds have been included for 4 guests room… so you have to pay for the second one (you are not allowed to put your own umbrella).

Sometimes other stuff was unfriendly, though not every time. Even cleaning ladies could sware at you just for walking the stairs after she just cleaned them. Location was not the best - even walking to the beach was short but along the road without path walk. Internet on second floor was very weak and unstable.

Amazing views, good location, good breakfast, hotel personel always available to help.

Although reservation was for 5 (including a baby) we only had 4 beds and no crib was available. Beach, beds, solarium is away from hotel.

Beautiful view, very close to the beach, super clean and comfortable. They are good hard worker people and super friendly. I highly recommend!

Would be nice a lamp in the room.

My family and I recently spent a disappointing holiday at Hotel Roi in Vlore. Unfortunately, the hotel staff lacked the professional customer service we were hoping for. When asked for assistance with ordering a taxi, the response we received was simply, "Just Google it." The room conditions were not up to standard either. We found numerous ants upon arrival and also noticed an absence of everyday necessities such as a drying rack for wet clothes, beach towels, and even shampoo. Additionally, the room's refrigerator was non-functional and the lighting was poor, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. To add to our discomfort, the hotel did not accept card payments and all transactions were to be made in cash without provision of receipts. This felt quite outdated and less secure for us. Our group of eight was provided with only two parasols at the 'beach' area, which was far from being the relaxing experience we anticipated. We found the music incredibly loud, the access to the sea was inconvenient, and there was no food service available. Even the price of beer was exceedingly high. Furthermore, the hotel's 'one size fits all' approach to breakfast left no room for individual dietary preferences or needs. We were also disturbed to find silverfish in multiple rooms, which added to our concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Lastly, the WiFi service was unreliable and slow for most of our stay. Additionally, the hotel's remote location presented further inconveniences. There were no grocery stores within walking distance, forcing us to rely entirely on the hotel for food and other essentials. Also, should you want to venture further, be prepared to have your own transport as the surrounding area lacks pedestrian-friendly routes. The roads are narrow and vehicles tend to drive at high speeds. Without sidewalks, it felt risky to explore without a car.

Very bad and unprofessional staff behaviour and never help for any request I requested them blankets for my kids and they refused to give us and the results was one of my kid started vomiting due to feeling cold Then I requested him room service to clean the room and the answer was that they have not room service to clean the room at evening time and he gave us some instruments and requested us to clean the room by ourselves

Clean and good service

The staff was so nice, the breakfast was good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night which was also delicious. The location is super nice, the included beach chairs at the beach across the street were great and the water is incredibly beautiful! A decent amount of restaurants within walking distance!

When asking about a taxi the staff answered "google it". The floor was dirty, the lightning was horrible, the beach was bad. We were asked to pay in cash due to "card machine not working". When we asked for a receipt, the computer didn't work. Yeah right. We left two days earlier and went to another hotel. I recommend you do the same.
