Quiet. .peaceful.. The windows has beautiful views, clean room, comfortable bed and pillow. There is a fridge, shared kitchen quite equipped and living area. The check in was easy.

Cash only payment as opposed to being done via Booking.com, but that would be the only negative for me.

The staff were amazing! They kept constant communication with me checking when I’ll be arriving, making sure to remind me to drive safely as it was night time, and also helped with several places to park and find the place. Internet worked well and the room was pre-heated ready for me. It’s quite a far distance walk up the old town and away from any roads, but the night views, as well as sunrise views on the balcony are well worth it. I’d definitely recommend staying here!!

Such a lovely place! The landlady prepared the most delicious dinner for us. This and the stunning view from high above town made it a wonderful experience.

This is a family owned business. All staff were so kind and friendly and helpful. We had a lovely spacious room with a terrace outside providing a view of the city and night sky--simply beautiful. It is on a hillside so cobbled pathways to access it but no great distance. A great location, very close to a bus stop that the bus to the terminal stops at. Lots of places to eat nearby as is the pedestrian walkway with its multitude of coffee shops.

I think it needs to be clearer in the information that there are a great deal of steps to reach the place. We arrived by bike and it was difficult to access. I had also contacted them in advance and asked if it was suitable and they had said you would have to push the bike. We had help getting our kit to our accommodation which helped and overall it was definitely worth the effort. Just think more information is needed.

Really unique place. We have been travelling 2 months and the views from this property were the best we have had. This alone makes it worth a stay. An affordable property in an amazing location.

The room was big enough for -a family with 2 kids.

Beautiful guesthouse made of stone and wood, very well preserved. Excellent location for walking around Berat. We asked for a family room and were able to sleep the 4 of us perfectly.

At the top of the old town so the walk can be a bit tiring but it’s location is part of the attraction.

There was no privacy in to my room from the terrace outside when I had the light on. Shutters or a window length curtain are necessary as the terrace is shared with other rooms.

Nice room in a traditional house in the old town of Mangalem with a great view over Berat. The owner was very nice and even contacted me before to pick me up from the bus station which is some 2-3km from the center. Definitely a recommendation!

Great view, bed was very comfortable, very hot water and strong WiFi for work. I was even picked up from the bus station, which was really nice of them. If I needed anything, they were very quick to get back to me. Would definitely stay again
