Location was close to the sea by car

The service was absolutely terrible. Staff was full of attitude, to the point that we felt uncomfortable conversing with them or asking for the things we needed. We felt uncomfortable throughout the 6 days we sfayed there. The room was fine except that the hair dryer did not work, there was no clothing iron, and nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. The food was pretty basic. Please beware that prices of food dont match the prices listed in the menu. Thus, if you are ordering, double check the prices to make sure that you are well informed. The water pump did not work for 24 hours. The staff did not provide any water to compensate for the technical problem. The breakfast buffet was not functional the last day we were there. Although breakfast was included in the price package, staff was not willing to let us order what we wanted. What pissed us off is that we had three small kids and we were struggling with dealing with staff to order for the kids. I would NOT recommend staying at Natalie. I would rather sleep in the car than stay there ever again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were extremely kind and always ready to help. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and will come back again!”

The room was spacious, beds were big and comfortable and airconditioned. It came with a balcony which had a good view of the sea. We originally booked a room that looked different (triple room) and got upgraded to this one which had a big bed and a sofa.

The hotel felt a bit disorganized. We came to check in at 13:30h, (check-in time is advertised at 12:00 in Booking.com) however, the room was not ready. We had to check-in at 2pm-2:30pm. We were in the 5th floor and the water sometimes just stopped while you were mid-shower. That was a first for a $130 a night hotel. The breakfast, food and service at the restaurant is not good. Firstly, the breakfast is scarce (not many options). Second, if you have dinner at their restaurant everything takes long! There were like 4-5 tables eating there and we had to wait for 10-15 minutes to get an order in. Sometimes you had to go get tissues / salt/pepper yourself because waiting on service was not worth it (and they did not see you). Next, the food quality itself was okay but not worth the price. Avoid the pasta especially (too oily and lacks proper sauce). In general, I would not recommend eating there if you can avoid it.

Didn't like nothing .

The room was at the level of a youth hostel with dim lighting, an outdated and unclean shower. The room lacked minimal amenities. No bottled water, no coffee. The hotel's location is disconnected from the center and the sea. The staff is not friendly. The price does not justify the value.

The staff were awesome! Welcoming and friendly and made our whole trip lovely. The staff were catering for our every need and the food was great value for money.

The penthouse room was delightful.

Very cosy and big rooms

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and organized.

Gorgeous view from the balcony, sunsets were to die for! The free breakfast was good as well.

They turn the air conditioner off while you are gone so when you arrive back at the hotel the room is boiling hot.

everything, forget the place

The host and his wife were very friendly and always with a smile . We enjoyed the Breakfast at the Garden and the family Atmosphere a lot. They offered us a suite with balcony and sea view, which had 1 dbl bed and sofa bed for 2 adults and kids. I would definitely recommend it for families and couples that are looking something quiet to relax.

The sea is not accessible on foot however it is not far away by car.
