Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Proximity to the entrance gate made it a bit load
The House is located in a privat closed residential complex, it’s very quite. The place is very homey and comfortable. The owner is amazing, very friendly and responsive, caring and giving lots of good tips

Really nice host, friendly and quick to respond, house in a quiet area of the beach town with private beach , umbrella and loungers 3 min walk… house is modern inside and comfy beds.. restaurants close by and small supermarket 5 min walk… thanks for our stay

Tha apartment is very comfortable. With a beautiful yard. It is very well-equipped just 1 minute from the sea. The area is quite and there is place to park the car.

I really enjoyed my short gateway at this place. It wasa nice and spacious apartment, fully equiped andeverything was brand new. The beach was really close, just a couple minutes walk and there was a nice restaurant. Also more bars and restaurants were within walking distance. The area was really quied and we liked the surroundings. The host was also very friendy.

There is no view, and we didn't really sit outside in the evenings because the door to the back garden goes through a bedroom. However this was our choice, and after a hot day on the beach, it was relaxing to be indoors with the air con!
George was a wonderful host who was very easy to contact, very helpful and gave us some great advice about what to do locally. The flat is clean, tidy and very comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the nets on the windows which kept out all mosquitos. None of us got bitten for the entire stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the supermarket a short drive down the road. We were also very happy to have a washing machine as we had been travelling for a while! The compound in which the flat is located is very pleasant with shady pine trees. It was so easy to stroll to the beach every morning, where our sun loungers and umbrella were waiting for us. The beach is clean, calm and the sea is wonderful for children to swim in - safe and not deep. The children also built sandcastles and played in the playground. We ate a delicious lunch of pizza, seafood and pasta in the nearest restaurant.

The place is near the parking lot so sometimes cars can make it a bit noisy.
Great place and brand new. Owners renewed everything and cleaning is also impeccable!

Great location, just 5 min walk from the beach. Almost private beach accessible only from the neighbours. The apartment has all the facilities you might need during the vacations and the patio was a very nice place to for the kids to play. The host was very helpful and always willing to offer support and information.

My recent stay at "Green Residence by the beach" was absolutely fantastic. George was an incredible host from the moment I booked. He was very responsive to my messages and provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in, which made the process seamless. George checked in to ensure everything was going well and was always available for any questions or recommendations. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. The living area was comfortable, with a plush sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and there was even a complimentary selection of teas and coffees. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and high-quality linens that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. The location was perfect – situated in a quiet area of the village, within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The apartment was grate! Very spacious, well equipped with everything you needed. There is a beautiful garden where you can relax. The residence is very quiet ans there is also a parking just next to the apartment. The beach is just 2 minutes walk with an excellent restaurant. You can easily find supermarket nearby. The communication with the proprietary was excellent. Always responding, with good advice. I really recommend this residence!

Staying at this seaside apartment was really nice. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, just few minutes from the beach. The whole area was very quiet but right next to it were plenty of hotels, bars and restaurants which we visited at the evening. George was very helpful and responding.

The property was located in a very quiet residential area and can be found easily. The beach was just a few steps away. The apartment was well equipped, cleaned and very cosy, with a nice terrace for staying outside and enjoying a drink. I was very comfortable for my kids for playing around without any trouble. The hosts were very kind and the communication was perfect. We appreciated a lot their suggestions. I would definitely recomend this.
