This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and unbelievably comfortable. The food was outstanding, especially the breakfast. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I can't wait to return!

Kam qëndru te ky hotel dhe isha shumë e kënaqur. Hotelin e gjetëm shumë të pastër dhe stafi ishte shumë i sjellshëm. Dhomat ishin komode dhe me pamje të bukur. Ushqimi ishte i shijshëm dhe çmimi për atë që ofron ishte i arsyeshëm. Lokali është afër qendrës, kështu që është lehtë me e shku te vendet kryesore. Përshtypje shumë të mira dhe do kthehem prapë.

Hoteli ishte shum i mire. Dhoma ishte e paster dhe komode. Lokacioni shum i pershtatshem, afer detit dhe vendeve te tjera per vizituar. Stafi ishte miqesor dhe gjithmone i gatshem te ndihmonte. U ndjeva shum mire dhe do ta rekomandoja per nje qendrim te kendshem.

Hoteli ishte shume i bukur, dhomat ishin te rehatshme. Stafi ishte mikprites. Ajo qe me pelqeu me shume ishte lokacioni shume afer me detin dhe restorantet e shumta qe ndodheshin prane.

Qendrimi n hotel ka qen shume i mire. Dhoma ishte komode, e paster dhe gjithcka qe me duhej ishte aty. Lokacioni ishte perfekt, shume afer detit dhe me shumë mundësi për shëtitje. Stafi ka qen i sjellshem dhe gjithmone i gatshëm për te ndihmuar. Kisha nje përvojë shumë pozitive dhe do të kthehem prap pa dyshim!

It was a really nice hotel. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is closed to Lungomare and we enjoy the city. The breakfast was delicious.

Lokacioni ishte perfekt, mund te shijosh plazhin por edhe restorantet e shumta ne Lungomare qe ishin shume afer. Stafi ishte shume i mire dhe na ndihmoi duke na sugjeruar vendet me te mira per te ngrene sipas biuxhetit qe kishim. Nje eksperience shume e mire, do ta konsideroja edhe njehere kur te vij prap ne Vlore.

I recently stayed at Ruby Palace Hotel Vlora and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable

This was our second time at Ruby Palace and as we were expecting; it was the best experience. Highly recommended! Perfect location to explore the city, even walking. The staff was really polite and welcoming! It was definitely worth the price!

Our room at Ruby Palace met all of our needs for our brief two day visit in Theth. It is a short block from the Lungomare boardwalk and near many highly rated restaurants on TripAdvisor. We enjoyed dinners at Te Fabio and Titanic.
