The boiler in the room was quite loud, which disturbed our sleep. Breakfast was the same every day, but that didn't bother us too much. There was a lack of major cleaning throughout the week, like disinfecting the toilet and sink. But these are minor drawbacks, and if we ever return, we'll choose your hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially the receptionist with the Florida chain, she was very helpful during our stay. The hotel also prepared lunch boxes for us when we were traveling and couldn't enjoy breakfast. There was no problem with checking in at around 3 a.m. in the middle of the night. Good WiFi . The hotel has its own private beach just a minute away. A pleasant stay.

There was absolutely nothing I disliked. This hotel made me feel safe, cared for, and at home. I’d recommend it 100% and would return without hesitation

Our stay at Hotel Ruko Boutique was outstanding in every way. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—stylish, modern, and very clean, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a super comfortable bed, a great shower, and lovely attention to detail throughout. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible care and hospitality from the staff. I became unwell during our stay, and they immediately arranged for a doctor and even went out of their way to buy the medicine I needed. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and I felt genuinely cared for. This hotel went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their kindness. I highly recommend Hotel Ruko Boutique to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place where you’ll be truly looked after. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was very nice. Very cute, quite with beautiful everyday music. Seams like romantic Italian place. 🙂 Breakfast was reached, delicious, and there was a lot of food during breakfast time. The restaurant was excellent, and every food we tasted was delicious. The staff was more than professional. Also, the cleanliness was on a high level.

Very service minded and friendly staff all around- the reception, the restaurant and the cleaning crew. The atmosphere is great and the facilities as well. And the access to beach chairs at the nearby beach was a positive surprise.

Spacious room, clean bathroom but the most Incredible staff always ready to happily help you with anything they exceed our expectations. The same day we arrived we were tired from the road trip and wanted to have breakfast, even though our included breakfast was for tomorrow morning and the breakfast time for that day was finished they happily fixed some breakfast for my family and when we offered to pay they said it’s on the house that was unexpected and a very warm welcome it just makes you feel valued and taken care of. Best mid-range price hotel you can get. Looking forward to going back soon!

Nothing it was all great!

We had such a brilliant stay here! Everything was great from start to finish. All the staff were absolutely lovely — so friendly and welcoming. We came with our almost two-year-old son, and everyone was so kind and sweet with him, which really made our trip feel extra special. The pool was perfect — clean and relaxing, with fresh towels available every day for us to use. We also had reserved sunbeds on the beach at no extra cost, which was a really nice touch. The location was ideal too: close to everything, with a few lovely restaurants nearby and a great little beach bar just a two-minute walk away. A special shoutout to Florida, one of the staff members, who was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond for us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Absolutely nothing.

Clean throughout the property. Good Wi-Fi. Lovely pool area with patio restobar serving very good food & drinks (kudos to Shemti (spelling?) for his excellent service day & night). Located one street back from the main promenade but still only two minutes’s walk on the beach. Supermarket directly next door. Excellent service from the entire staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean big room with fanaly big shower :) we went in 6 hotels in 10 days and this was first with proper shower !!! Its 190 metters from beach and they have their own beds, so you dont need to pay extra for that.

The receptionist wasn’t really helpful, asked to Upgrade to balcony room, told none available, checked online there were 3 and got same duration of stay, asked her on check out about booking for next year direct, told to go on website, asked her to book us a taxi if possible to airport today, rolled the eyes, don’t let this take away from a great place but I wanted to share it, little tables between sun loungers would be good also.

Fantastic place, not far from beach, pool just right size, most of the staff amazing. Hotel has free beds on beach also, very reasonable also with quick service, food fab especially the penne pasta dishes.

The shower in room 109 wouldn’t drain… I was only there for one night so didn’t bother to notify anyone. WiFi wouldn’t connect but I had personal data which worked anyway

Great location, great restaurants near by and 2 min walk to the beach. Free sun lounger with Miami Beach bar which was very handy and great breakfast selection
