How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Thank you for the review but please is not fair when we get rates for the surroundings because inside our hotel there isn't any noise or dirty facilities! please rate us for what we offer not for what Albania offers!

Verified reviewThe staff were very friendly and we had a buggy that took us to the beach everyday, also we had beach chair and umbrellas as part of the package which is very good. As well the complementary massage was very good.
Overall good but the check out times was the only issue. I thought was from 2pm to 8pm as booking.com said when I managed my reservation but it turned out to be until 11am - my advice will be to check properly the check out time before the last day

Sorry!!!???????? You give us 3 points only because there is construction around the area???? You got the best room in the hotel, suite with jacuzzi which was cleaned everyday and you were served in the best way!!! Why we have to be the responsible one for the around construction and to destroy our work with your low score!???? All hotels should be aware from you as you are the biggest scammer in the world! You stayed 5 days here,eating breakfast like hippos and used all other facilities such as pool and beach area without any extra payment and once you left you complained and asked refund if 208€!! For what??? It was not enough the food you ate? Such a shame!!!! Such a woman!!!

Verified reviewWe had a pleasant stay and a positive experience overall. What we didn't expect but turned out to be a great addition to our stay was the sun beds on the beach which were included with our stay. There is a parking spot exclusive for the hotel just at the hotel entrance. The room we stayed in was clean and it stayed cool even without turning on AC. Staff was very friendly amd professional. Breakfast had lots of options to chose from. Pool was cleaned and maintained every day. Also there was a buggy service from the hotel to pick you up from the hotel and take you to the beach and viceversa. The hotel is 5 min walk from the beach (there are some construction work in progress around the hotel which make walking to the beach a bit uneasy) It seems like they are doing a great job in offering a very pleasant stay for the guests. Kudos to the whole Sarajet staff
The small refrigirator in the room would make a bit of noise which can be a bit irritating at night if you are a light sleeper. Bed was a bit hard for our liking. Even though we were in the summer season, at some point we tried turning the AC to hot but it would still blow out cool air after letting it run for some minutes (maybe it is was centrally controlled and it would override our command) Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning: Wifi connection not very stable (and slow) in the room we stayed in, it would get disconneded or stay connected without internet. You had to be at specific spots in the room to get a good stable connection.

Verified reviewThe size of the rooms and bathroom were perfect for 4 people, and everything was spotless. Also everyone was very kind.
Breakfast wasn’t great and also the beach area for guests is not directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is on a small hill surrounded by construction and it’s a 5-10min walk, and the beach area itself isn’t great as guests are provided beds in the back rows so we ended up going to other beach clubs.
The hotel Sarajet 1 is located 450 m ftom the beach and before to book dear customer please read carefully the description. If you don't agree withthe distance you should book Sarajet e pashait 2 which is located neatby the beach but you saved money as Sarajet 1 is cheaper then Sarajet 2. The first raws are available only for families with small kids and old aged customers,so you got the back raws for not being in these categories. Is not ppssible to sit all the customers in first raws as we cannot buy all coast of South Albania! best regards

Verified reviewThe property itself and the beach are beautiful. The natural surroundings create a serene and picturesque environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, other hotel staff members were very nice and accommodating, which added a positive touch to my stay. The availability of a golf cart to help with the walk to the beach, although not always timely, was a helpful amenity.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the receptionist, who I believe was the owner, insisted that I cancel my booking and pay directly at a higher rate, claiming that parking and beach chairs were not included, despite what was stated on Booking.com. Her attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful. She also tried to bait me into paying extra by offering to upgrade me to a suite, and when I refused, she put me back in my original room. Check-in was listed as 2 PM, but when I arrived at 4 PM, my room was still not ready. During my stay, a flickering light in the bathroom, which I reported, was never fixed despite assurances that it would be. During my 2-night stay, the room was not cleaned, despite not having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The walk to the beach is a bit far and it’s quite dark at night. The golf cart, while helpful, was not timely and needed to be requested by going to the receptionist, which was not always open or close to the rooms and was in the opposite direction from the beach. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but the negative reviews are accurate. The owner’s response to reviews speaks to their character. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor service significantly impacted my experience.

Not great value for money. Facilities very basic and not very clean. Room had no wear to hang towels or only one garbage basket in the bathroom. Some towels were not clean.
You were transfered from Sarajet 1 to Sarajet 2 without any extra charge! You wrote this review just because you tried to scamm us??? We asked you the proof that we took the payment from you before to come in our hotel and you were insisting that you paid whole amount in advance! Please we are asking you again to send us the proof from your bank where is written that we took your payment in advance! About cleaning....ha ha ha!!!!! Shame to hear from you when you were sleeping with shoes under your bed and smelling soks everywhere!!!!

I insist to specify that the only mossunderstanding between you and Bruna was just because of the the dark color towels we put for your shower,as the red color left from your hairs destroyed them 3 days:even in laumdry we couldn't remove the red color from the white towels.I am glad also to hear by phone that you really wanted to change your review but bookong did not give you the chance to do it! Anyway,i am same thankful thst everything was settled as had to be done since the begining! Thanks again

Verified review- Great environment with nice styled buildings, pool and gardens with plenty of tropical plants that makes you feel like you are in your own secluded resort. The photos online don't do it justice. - Short 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants and hotel beach with free sun loungers. - Helpful staff.
- Sometimes the bathroom smelt quite badly of toilet sewage but not all the time. Unsure where it was coming from. - No safe box for valuable items

The walk to the beach was not the best but not really an issue. Hotel has just introduced a golf buggy to pick up and drop off which was great.

Value for money was horrendous. A tiny space called „family suite“ of 38sqm costed roughly 300 euros/night. Crazy! According to us charging 11€ for breakfast extra for an adult (5€ for children) is not an intelligent move, again bad value for money. All in all Drymadhes has changed to worse of the last couple of years. The whole town is a construction area, entire olive groves have been torn away that gave the place its character.
