There are a few homely touches missing such as mirrors, net curtains, bedside tables and lamps in the bedrooms and cooking utensils such as knives etc missing from the kitchen. We found we needed to sweep the floor often but there was no broom or vacuum cleaner in the villa so we had to wait for the cleaners each day and ask to borrow their broom, also no iron to iron clothes creased from the suitcase, not enough coat hangers on the rail in the bedrooms (only 2). There was a lovely quality large sofa downstairs but then a plastic table and chairs which made the place look a bit cheap so the furniture quality doesn’t match. The TV is also quite small for how far the sofa is positioned which makes it hard to watch anything. The outside areas around the villa and hotel need some maintenance, the grass and weeds are over grown and have even grown within the road/parking areas. The resort restaurant and beach was great however the town nearby doesn’t have much in terms of shops and restaurants so you would have to venture further out if that’s what you would want.

The villa was clean and spacious, it was located within walking distance of the beach and the air conditioning was great.

The season was very dry, and all the greenery around was severely scorched. As a result, the natural surroundings weren't particularly eye-catching.

We really enjoyed the villa. It features a spacious area with a balcony-terrace. The beds were comfortable, and there was a large sofa in the living room-studio. The villa is part of a complex that includes other apartments, a restaurant, and a beach, offering guests the advantage of saving on dining costs at the restaurant. Additionally, there's no need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas, as they are provided free of charge. A new road with a sidewalk has been constructed leading to the villa and restaurant, making it very convenient to drive along the waterfront. The villa and restaurant owner was very welcoming and friendly. He even offered us the opportunity to go sea fishing with one of his acquaintances.

I liked all the space of the villa,the cleaniness and all the luxury details of the house.It was a kid friendly house and very comfortable.The view from balcony was amazing. It is a few meters from the beach and its so beautiful there.

A dreamy place worth it! We were there in early september and loved it. Quiet clean beach: Great for swims, long walks and recharge. Perfect place for a get away... and still close enough to places to explore if beach weather is not perfect. We were two females staying for a couple of days at felt safe all time and the staff was kind and helpful. The beach restaurant and bar is very thoughtfully designed and curated with separate sections for family and deluxe guests. All facilities were clean and the seafood offered great! We stayed in the small cabin (about 150m walk from the beach), with will comfortably host 4 (plus kids). Great it has a washing maschine to use. The last part to get to the beach is a little bumpy but the quite easy to find with the signage.

- lack of furnitures, the whole villa was almost empty, for example that huge apartment contains only three chairs, so if we wanted to sit on the balcony we had to carry up from the kitchen. - no balcony furnitures - wifi sucks - small tv from like 8 meters from the couch - bathroom: no toilet paper and towel holder. Does not have any shelfs for the razors, toothbrushes, cosmetics, etc. - almost no kitchen equipments. No standard knifes only butter knifes, only 3 glasses, no mugs, no cutting board, no paper towel.

Everything was disappointing especially bathrooms, kitchen didn't have many of basic stuff, property was not finished and 100% ready to rent, super noisy and workers all over the place working on construction of other units, washing machine and dishwasher didn't work, restaurant super expensive

The bathroom was not cleaned very well.

The house is big and super close to the beach! There were not enough cups and glasses when we arrived but the host organized everything super quick for us! The view from the house is amazing!
