The staff was amazing, and the internet was high quality (ping was only 6 ms). They used UniFi devices like professionals. The view of the pool was wonderful. We had a bit of rain, but that wasn’t a problem because we continued swimming inside and enjoyed the sunlight through the diagonal window. I also used this place for work and got a private room for my meetings free of charge. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience.

This was one of my favourite ever hotels that I have stayed in. The facilities were absolutely brilliant. The most amazing restaurant with a fantastic menu. We ate there twice and loved both evenings. The waiters know their In the morning there was a good selection of breakfast items. There were three pool areas, all beautifully maintained. Staff were friendly, cocktails expertly made, and the djs playing the music knew their stuff We were there in mid may do the hotel wasn't very busy which made our stay all the more enjoyable We will be returning

Except the loud music, I didn’t really dislike anything.

Comfortable beds, breakfast was delicious - several sorts of coffee to choose from, fresh orange juice, friendly staff, very nice indoor pool/spa/gym. Liked the pool outside as well, but the very loud music presented by dj’s on Saturday and Sunday made it less enjoyable.

At check in we were delayed by 2 hours due to delays as well as mistake in the room that we were being given (we were being given a much smaller room that we had paid for) - we were told we should just go wait by the pool (while our suitcases were just in the middle of the corridor). When we finally managed to check in we changed and went to the pool, then we were told the pool was full and we just had to wait at the bar but they wouldn't give us towels so that we could go swim while waiting. They had also finished the towels. Most of the staff was as of very little help throughout this. It didn't seem like they'd know how to help, but they also did not seem very bothered. Eventually, one member of staff that seem to know what goes on at the hotel found us towels. By that time it was 6pm (check in was meant to be at 3pm) and the pool had emptied so we could go in.

The views and the pool area were stunning. I also quite liked breakfast.

There was unsufficient staff in the restaurant for dinner. The desert tasted like a few days old. The hotel is mainly focussed on their pool parties and guests with loud music in the outdoor pool area. Old towels and the hotel could use some renovations.

Nice view, nice room, great indoor pool and relax area. To our standards not 5*, but still a nice hotel.

• Breakfast was very poor and far below 5-star standards. • Air conditioning in the rooms and hotel areas was weak, and staff said it couldn’t be improved. • At the pool, guests aren’t allowed to bring any snacks, which makes it hard to enjoy drinks. • Also, pool seating is limited for hotel guests since many areas are reserved for outside visitors.

We had a really good time at your hotel and wanted to thank you for the warm hospitality. A special shoutout to Cassie and her husband at reception — they were amazing, super helpful, and even upgraded our room. Truly the best staff members we met! All the staff were great
