Such a big 1bhk, where 4-5 can stay, very big and luxury setup and that too for very low price. You ll definitely love it. Just go for it.

20min walk into town, which was a little inconvenient, but overall worth it for the other amenities and the parking!

Excellent, enormous apartment with great amenities, comfortable bed, fast wifi, smart tv, comfy couch, full kitchen... It was absolutely everything we needed for a few days and honestly, we could have moved in here for several months comfortably.

Music playing in the lobby was annoying. No lift from the underground parking, need to climb stairs.

You will have literally everything... indoor garage, kitchen with a lot ameneties, washing mashine + washing powder, washing mashine for dishes + caps, shower gel, soap, shampoo, 2x ACs in living room + bedroom... there is really nothing what I would wish more for my stay. Guys on the reception are always with a smile, just loved it !

It was not perfectly clean in the room but still very acceptable. The kitchen was not fully equipped. It was a bit far away from the centre.

Elevator was little bit used, so it happened to wait for it as much as i needed to go on stairs. Also should be more often cleaned esspecialy in full season.

Large, clean, and comfortable apartment offered at a tremendous value. Friendly front desk and very easy check-in. There is a market nearby. I loved the offer of free bicycles. Understand this location is outside the main tourist center, but we still found it walkable. I would return!!

This apartment definitely had the best value for the money of all accomodations I've ever stayed at - and there were hundreds during seven years of travelling. The location was close to the centre, the size was huge and there was everything needed even for long stays. It had aircon units in the living room as well as in the bedroom, there's a washing machine and even a dishwasher, an oven and a hotplate, a fridge with freezer, a TV, a big couch, a table with 4 chairs and on the balcony another small table with 2 chairs - really everthing. And there was this amazing view from the balcony on the 8th floor overlooking the whole city with the Rozafa Castle and the surrounding mountains! The building has 2 lifts, so there are hardly any waiting times, and they have an underground car park, where I could safely lock my bike. There's a supermarket and a cafe in the building and a bakery right across the street. I planned to stay 1 or 2 nights, but ended up staying a whole week. This place is highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing. If you need a place in Shkoder, especially if you’re a family this is perfect!! Great location, easy check in, covered parking, elevator, spacious 2 bedrooms and a living room. Everything was thought of! We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay!

It was a good and big apartment with a great AC and big balcony. Also the guy and the check in help us to order some food as we were very tired after the trip. The city centre is a walking distance of 15minutes. All in all it was a great place!
