Hallways look great but our hotel room could do with a little furniture upgrade.

Hotel is a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around. Loads to choose for breakfast. Pool was out of service, so a bit disappointing but we were offered discount. Manager was great with communicating and very helpful

With no explanation staff was turning off the coffee machine almost every morning for breakfast so we had to ask for coffee which was very annoying.. I will only write about breakfast as we paid extra for it Breakfast was from 8 till 10. We were there at around 9 o'clock and most of the food was gone and cold, rarely was something added most often bread. Breakfast was always the same bread, something that looked and tasted like processed ham, once there was scrambled eggs that we could tasted and it was nice, apart from that you could eat milk with flakes that was ok too, tomatoes, cucumbers, once there was something that tasted like donuts it was nice too. There also was watermelon but unfortunately not very fresh. Unfortunately we only ate some of the food once.

There were suddenly so many customers on the hotel and not enough cleaners to clean all the rooms, so they skipped our room twice. But they cleaned it when I asked about it. The bathroom should be renewed. There were no chair to sit inside The room, only beds and one table.

The staff was very very friendly and helpfull with all our concerns. Late check-in was available. The dining room was beautiful and Cozy, breakfast was okay.. Room was spacious and beds okay.

Sorrente Hotel is a mid range facility and seems to be a family run. (It is just my impression, can´t guarantee). It¨s an older building, newly refurbished and some more work should be done yet. Anyway, we approciate very cordial and helpful approach of the the management and all the staff. They resolved everything we asked for. Both breakfast and dinner are tasty Albanian cuisine, buffet style. Only the first two nights, out of nine, we had a served dinner because of a low number of guests. Coffee is excellent! The swimming pool is also a great asset. There are two grocery shops, just a few minutes walk from the hotel, so is a beautiful, long sandy beach. Other shops, restaurants, bars and lots of amusements you will find alle over the promenade.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Sorrente, we had a warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff was truly amazing — friendly and always ready with a smile. Grisi at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfect, and was very helpful with all that we needed! Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was professional, and eager to help. The owner Roza was always on the move and making sure that everything we need is gonna be there. The hotel itself was very nice with fresh breakfast and drinks and the waiters are very friendly too, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the team. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious rooms. We had the biggest balcony overlooking the pool. We loved the pool for our little toddler and for us also, we spent most of our time there. There was plenty of loungers and tables by the pool as well as shade and just a very nice atmosphere all around. Also a bar with the friendliest staff we've encountered. The beach is not far, a walking distance with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, our toddler loved them also :) Thank you for your hospitality

Friendly staff, but hotel needs some renovation The staff here were absolutely lovely – very friendly, helpful, and always willing to accommodate our needs. The owners were also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay feel very personal and pleasant. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is a big plus. However, it’s situated right next to a busy main road, so there was some noise, especially during the day. While everything was clean and well taken care of in terms of housekeeping, the building itself could use some renovation and maintenance to make it more comfortable and modern. Overall, a good stay thanks to the amazing people working here and the convenient location – if you’re not too sensitive to noise and don’t mind an older building, it’s definitely worth considering.

I recently stayed at Sorrente Hotel and had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to plenty beach bars and restaurants.The on-site dining options were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Overall had a great time and can't wait to visit again.

It would be great if it had a lift but is only 3 floors the building so not a problem for us to go up and down.

The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and nice. The owner was an amazing lady who was around all the time making sure everyone was feeling comfortable.The breakfast was really nice a had a variety of food. We loved it.the hotel has a lovely swimming pool and the bar next to it. The location is great. Walking distance to a lot of attractions around Definitely will go back there in the future.
