Slightly overpriced. The standard room was nice but very simple. Breakfast was not great. But not a lot of choices if you’re intolerant to lactose. The juices were over processed and the omelets oily.

The access to their beach club was 100% the best part of the hotel. The beach is simply amazing. Water crystal clear. It feels very private compared to all the other beach clubs in Dhermi. Honestly would come back with a good price offer.

a lot off „bling-bling“, but not what you would exspect: no restaurant, chairs where breakfast was served were partially very dirty, the table clothes not ironed, partially to small for the ugly round tables. Coffeemachine dirty, also the sugarpot. In the rooms a minibar, but no bottleopener, no glases for the wine or for any other drinks only tiny papercups for espresso. Espresso tabs were not refilled, when the only two had been drunken In the bathroom the showerheads looking awful, the slidingdoor of the shower was missing, Flyscreens in the bathroom not working, missing/detached at the livingroom and destroyed in the sleepingroom, so you could not go through the door out to the balcony. Airconditioning was always cold in the same way, even if put to26 Celsius, so you waked up in the night freezing In the fitnessroom: Crosstrainer not working, also the treadmill, one of the ergometers just running in one gear, the second ergometer you could not adapt the seat because of a missing screw

Staff attitude and some part of the hotel were in demise.

We have stayed there before and that was the reason we booked it again. Our balcony’s glass panel was broken and having a child with us, it was dangerous. Our room was not cleaned regularly and parts of the swimming pool was not maintained. Having said that, we enjoyed the beach bar Flow, despite the drink and food prices were extortionate.

Only the hotel facilities needs a renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at Splendor Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is charming, though some of the interior facilities could benefit from renovation. The beach bar and private beach are a big highlight, offering a great atmosphere. It's situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Dhermi. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!

I would encourage the management and staff to adopt a more flexible and service-oriented approach to better accommodate the basic needs of guests seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A stronger focus on hospitality and responsiveness would make a meaningful difference in the overall good experience.

We had a nice time at Hotel Splendor. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are friendly. It's about a 7–10 minute walk to a beautiful beach with clean, turquoise water. Breakfast was good overall—on Monday morning, there was a nice variety of fresh vegetables at the buffet, which wasn’t the case over the weekend. Hopefully, that becomes a daily offering. As a family of three, we were provided two sunbeds and one umbrella, which suited us fine as we had a small child. However, this policy could be an issue for larger families, as the hotel assigns one umbrella per room regardless of the number of guests. I recommend confirming these details in advance—some friends of ours had problems with this during their stay.

The hotel is really nice and located right in front of the beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Andrea, who assisted us from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good, although there weren’t many options.

The prices of the à la carte menu. Paying 10€ for a small plate of oven baked patatoes seems a bit too much for me, comparing it with the prices of the most luxury restaurants in Albania. Furthermore, a few facilities were missing, especially at the beach area. As the beach bar was closed and the hotel its a couple of mins away walking, you were not able to even get a bottle of water on the hot days. The receptionist is not very welcoming and not informed about the amount the customers need to pay in different currencies. They would do the exchange of the currency for you, no matter if it did not match the actual price on booking.

The hotel itself its nice. Some of the staff were friendly and happy to help.

The hotel is not exactly beachfront its a couple of minute walk which wouldn’t be too bad if it weren’t a steep uphill so not the easiest in 40 degree heat. The beach is shared with the luxury version of the resort (Beyond) which is actually on the beach and you’ll be reminded at every turn that that’s not where you’re staying (separate coloured and quality beach towels). Breakfast for the Beyond guests is at the beach view restaurant table service style and for Splendor its buffet up at the hotel. Staff at the hotel and beach are perfectly alright but wouldn’t call it high quality service didn’t exactly leave me wow-ed. Cabanas are 100 euros with fruit platter and water included so very obviously remained empty the whole time. Empire resort is right next door and have the loudest events in the evenings so not a peaceful spa experience and the restaurant food isn’t the best. Much better cheaper food a little walk away down the main Dhermi promenade.

Lovely property, we were upgraded to a sea view room which was really kind! Modern rooms, clean bathrooms and so nice to have sunbeds and fresh beach towels included as part of the room price. There was sunbed service as well from the bar which was great and a choice of either beach sunbed or deck sunbed (as long as you got there ahead of other guests to reserve). Lovely breakfast spread included as well by the swimming pool. Choice of swimming pool or private beach so great for those who like either!

The one issue I had was at the beach bar ‘flow’. There was one hostess with red hair, that quite overtly treated us differently. She walked Everyone else to a sun lounger. She just handed us a towel and flatly told us we could sit anywhere. If the hotel wants more tourists she will have to work on her attitudes towards people of other races. Incredibly disappointing, and the only experience of this nature we had our whole trip.

Ordered a drink in the beach bar off a menu, went back after food to get another drink and asked for the menu and was told there was no menus?? We then went back up to the hotel bar and ordered a aperol spritz and waited half an hour for it while they went back to the other bar for ingredients! I understand that it was the beginning of the season when we visited but there was lots of staff waiting around doing nothing with only a handful of customers!
