The big resort in construction was ruining the vibe a bit. Its shame as the hotel was in a really nice location, trying to minimise the visual impact and that would be gone

The breakfast was the same every morning and was quite limited. It was fine for the first few days but after a week i desperately wanted something else. You have to like eggs to enjoy the breakfast (lucky that I do!)

Incredible location and views!! It’s amazing that the sun beds are included with the hotel on the best beach I went to in Albania! The most beautiful clear water with the best sunsets! The view from our room was also excellent but I think we had the best room so not all rooms would’ve had the same view.

The receptionist was not there all the time, sometimes we had to wait and we had to wait all day for an answer to the question about the availability of the bus.

Sheets was not totally clean but the hotel staff replaced it immediately after we told them, bathroom was very small and the toilet seat was broken.

The beach was great also the breakfast, staff was very nice, good value for the money.

There were not much to not like but I would say the pillows a little to hard for me and a piece of a road was not quite as I expected maybe this might relate to the constructions that were made near the hotel. Everything else were just perfect.

I liked everything, the environment was really lovely with flowers and garden, the hotel was like villas with 2 floors, beachfront with a spectacular view, the prices for the restaurant and bar were affordable, the rooms were daily cleaned and the facilities in the room were as I expected.

The nearby big hotels unfortunately will change the atmosphere of the beach and this wonderful family hotel. The beach bar close-by is very loud but is not audible from the hotel or the beach of the hotel.

Exceptional location, superfriendly staff and crystal clear water. Rocky and sandy beach combined. We are returning guests and i would definitely recommend this hotel and location again. The water is warm, beds and umbrella are free for guests, which is added bonus.

The bathroom space can be divided into the shower area separately as there wasn't even a screen and given the very small size of the bathroom, it made the entire area wet.

Excellent service at the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and polite. The room view was very good directly facing the sea. The food was amazing!

Last time we visited it was an isolated small hotel at the end of the road. This time there was construction - the same owner is apparently building hundreds of apartments more, so the beautiful view to the mountains from the beach is blocked and we were subbjected to some nuissance due to the construction. There was another construction happening at the beach behind the hotel, and that was quite annoying, every day with some truck delivering something or somebody building or sawing or whatever. The road leading to the hotel was unpaved and if you go for a walk you breath in the dust raised by passing cars. If you drive on it you need to be very slow. There's no trees on the promenade, so you can only walk it in the evening.

The hotel is really close to the beach, literally on the beach itself. There's a reserved section with sunbeds for hotel guests, so you can always get a sunbed. The town and the shops are 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms are well cleaned and well equipped. There is nice flowers and greenery growing around the apartments. The staff is generally very helpful and polite. The restaurant has great food. The view from the restaurant is great.

The beach in front of the breakfast area is really nice and the hotel has comfy sunbeds. However, if you walk 5 minutes from the hotel, you get blue water beaches without umbrellas and sunbeds and without people, the authentic Albanian Riviera!!! Breakfast really good and the restaurant too. Try the seafood linguine!😍

It was nice if they was writing something on the road to the hotel of showing 1 foto. The navigation stop and didn't find the way any more 😁and then we realized that is no road, is a long sand road the car almost break down !! But I must say again !! the location make you forget everything when you get there . I don't think that hiding this part is the right thing to do . People want honesty. Just let your location do the work . I really want to be clear , I don't Wright it as negative review !! Is just correct info to deliver to your client.

One of the highlights of my experience at Hotel Summer Dream was the food. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with a range of delectable options. However, the location of the hotel posed a slight inconvenience. The ongoing construction in the area resulted in a dusty environment, which was not ideal for those seeking a tranquil and pristine getaway. Although the hotel cannot control external factors such as construction, it did affect the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the surroundings. Despite the construction-related inconvenience, the hotel staff worked diligently to maintain cleanliness within the premises. However, it's worth noting that the construction noise was audible at times, which could disrupt the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the day. If you can overlook this temporary situation and appreciate the other aspects of the hotel, you can still have a positive experience.

There is a big construction in progress near the property so they ruin a little bit the view. it’s not noisy though. The property is pretty far from the city centre so you don’t have any supermarket or restaurants close to it. Also the road is not good. The food at the restaurant is not great at all, is really average, but it’s extremely expensive!! Don’t recommend eating there if possible. The breakfast is really poor in choices, but not bad.

The property has a very nice location, extremely close to the sea, near a cute cave, we took a room with a sea view which had a pretty view, but the room was average, the bed was comfy though and the room was clean. You get free sunbeds and an umbrella/room, which is really nice and the sunbeds are very comfy. The beach is also one of the nicest in the area.

for now the beach is full of construction sites (including at the very foot of the hotel) therefore the view from the rooms is the most pleasant.

The parking situation is difficult. You will get a lot to park on, but it is very tight. Also the built site next door, may be noisy from time to time.

Quiet location, friendly and very helpful staff. The beach was not crowded and beach chairs was included in the room on their private beach. The breakfast was good, but the restaurant was even better during the day and night.
