Great location, close to sea. Workers in the Restaurant were nice and breakfast was good.

It was so tiny, especially balcony, there where not enough place for two people. We asked for extra pillow from cleaning lady, and she never gave it to us.

Great location next to restaurants, shops, with a view of the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included, you could choose food from the breakfast menu

The shower could use an upgrade. The water was constantly overflowing, also there was a curtain, which seemed not entirely clean, so I avoided touching it

The location is EXCELLENT It is right next to the bus stop that takes you to Ksamil and right next to the beach. My room had an amazing view The staff are AMAZING and so friendly especially one of the house keeping staff (blond lady) she is very nice and always ready to help and always wears a smile on her face.

Unfortunately the room is not clean at all. It was very dusty I had to use my wipes to clean the tables etc. The bathroom had a water leak and the shower is extremely small! The property is lacking maintenance (very obvious) The room had small ants!! And I saw a cockroach once in their hall way The bathroom door and design is very old like from the 1980s I asked for an ironer which they brought to me. After a while, one of the guests knocks my door and was like “I need the ironer” so I told him “doesn’t this ironer stays with me! You can ask for another one from the reception” he literally replied “we share this ironer” so basically the whole hotel shares ONE ironer!! The hotel laundry (where they wash and iron the bedsheets and towels) was literally in front of my room!! It is located between the guests rooms!! I was hearing the washing machine sometimes from my room which is annoying. The walls between the rooms are not actually walls, they are Gypsum board!! So whenever one of the hotel guests slams the door, my room wall SHACKS literally!

I recommend it the location superb and the staff very helpful and friendly 👍

The shower

Our room was spacious for the two of us and it was cleaned everyday. The location of the hotel is just right in front of the beach and where most of the people go during the night. The promenade is front of the hotel and is lively during the night where most of the restaurants with lounge bar are located. You can access boat tours easily just in the promenade. Another bonus is that they have a restaurant, "Summer Restaurant", just below the place and the food is amazing and the serving is huge with great value for your money. We have tried to eat in other restaurants nearby but our expectations were not met as what we have in Summer Restaurant. The staff, both in the hotel and restaurant, were also commendable as they look after us really good and making as us feel comfortable during our entire stay. Overall, staying in Hotel Summer was a great choice with regards to its location, comfort and value for food!

After a fantastic stay at Hotel Summer, I can say without hesitation that it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel has all the elements to make a memorable vacation. The first thing that stands out is the warm and professional hospitality of the staff. From the moment of our arrival until our departure, all staff members were polite, ready to provide any information and assistance we might need. The room was clean, comfortable, while the restaurant offered a rich and delicious menu, with many options for every taste. The location of the hotel was fantastic, by the sea and in the center of Saranda.

The location and view was perfect. I suggest.

- The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything - Amazing sea views - The only waiter who spoke English was friendly and helpful

- The room was overall good and seemed clean, but the room had very bad planning, show me that designer who thought that putting all electric plugs in the room on height 2m above the ground is good idea (see photo) - The shower was a disaster, so uncomfortable, when you shower the water floods entire bathroom - The stuff in the restaurant (where you check-in and check-out) was not friendly at all, you try to ask them questions and they just ignore you. The was one guy who spoke English on decent level, and he was our saviour all 4 days that we stayed, we basically could communicate only with him. - The breakfast was very mediocre, fried eggs had poor taste, and the coffee was the worst that we drunk in many years. On the 4th day we were really considering if it is better to just skip the breakfast and go to some restaurant instead. - On our last day since we had early check-out somehow we managed to agree that they will pack breakfast for us (ham and cheese sandwiches and juice). Turns out that gave us sandwiches with expired ham and cheese, we were able to eat just a bit to feel that but it was enough for us to get food poisoning for the next 2 days!!! The juice was expired as well, we didn’t try it, but on the box was clearly stated that expiration date was March of 2024 (we stayed in the hotel on October of 2024). - They refused to accept payment by credit card even though on booking confirmation it was clearly stated that hotel accepts only cards. We ended up paying in cash.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the promenade is right in front of the hotel so if you don't like the bust noise this isn't the right place, but I loved it so much for the convenience and the view
