Very quiet environment away from noise. Relaxed and friendly.

The only positive was that the employee who handled the booking did everything possible to make our stay better All the staff, from breakfast until our departure, were excellent and are the only reason the rating is saved.

Nevertheless, we experienced a room that was not completely clean. However, since we arrived very late and were exhausted, we didn’t deal with it. As soon as we decided to sleep, we had to endure constant noise from a child — not the child’s fault of course, but the parents’ lack of proper behavior The hotel should have intervened, both regarding the child and the other guests. However, the room did not match the photos.

Amazing hospitality and a very warm welcome! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a balcony, but the view is nothing special. Breakfast was basic but tasty. There is free, private parking if you are traveling. Basically, this is a basic sleepover place that does not pretend to be anything more than that, and for that, it is perfect.

Bathroom was not clean (toilet had brown splashes), room had an uncomfortable smell. Quite noisy at night depending on the neighbors. A bit far from the beach if no car available.

The toilet seat was not clean when we checked in. The closed did not have a door. The light inside the room was flickering, and the owner lied to us about it that it’s a general thing throughout Saranda due to fires, but any other room didn’t have this problem. 4 days no cleaning, we had to go outside to change towels. In the description of the room we paid for it said “garden view” but all we saw was the road and the supermarket across the street under renovation. The balcony door did not lock. Dirty mattress.

The staff was exellent. Every thing was good.

Great value for money. The host expressly organizes the check in the middle of the night. The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and they served us even after closing time.

A little bit noisy on the street side of the building, but it does not disturb our sleep

The family (especially the sweet mother) running the B&B were so helpful and kind! The room was nicely air conditioned and we had a good sleep. Great value for one night! The breakfast was very good!

We did not have a car and the property is on a steep hill. It was difficult for us with the heat.

Super kind staff, good position, comfy room, good breakfast.

No card payments (only cash); hairdryer and toiletries (shampoo/soap etc) were missing in the room.

The location was amazing and everything was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again. It was a superb place!
