I really appreciated my stay at the hotel. Enis and his family were very friendly, and the room was always fresh and clean. The beach was very close, as well as the city center. The breakfast was excellent, and I have nothing to complain about.

Honestly nothing, maybe just for information there’s no kitchen so its impossible to cook (for the people who likes to cook) but its not a problem because there’s tons of good restaurants with a good prices and lot of choices.

We struggled a little bit to find the exact location so the host « Aniss » was very nice and very reactive he helped us find it easily after. The room looks exactly like in the picture we had everything we needed a big confortable bed for 2 people, a big rest room with the shower (the temperature was adjustable so we hadn’t any issues with the hot water) and a balcony with a magnificent view of the beach. We had the breakfast included with 3 different options with 2 drinks. The private beach was one of the best things we experienced in saranda it was so clean so beautiful, the water was calm and we had the umbrella + 2 seats for free because we’re staying in the hotel (the host Aniss was very nice he made sure that we pay nothing, normally it costs around 20€/day). I really recommend this place it was a perfect spot for me and my wife the location is near to the port and the corniche, you have also a lot of small shops and a super market. For the football fans if you want to watch a game go to the « Irish pub ».

Excellent location, cleanest beach in whole Sarande in front of hotel. View from the balcony is great,you can listen the waves in the evening .Pretty quiet part of the city but near to everything. Our host Enis was great,very friendly, always there for everything you need.Breakfast was also great.

Enis and his mother tried so hard that we were already "uncomfortable" ;) They were happy to listen, cleaned the room, changed the sheets and towels (it wasn't necessary) every other day. Always smiling and it was really nice to meet them. We will return to them with pleasure.

Renovated rooms, sea view, beach few minutes away, great breakfast! We returned for the second time and will gladly do so again. Highly recommended to everyone! The beach is just steps away, breakfast is delicious and filling, and the owner is truly professional and genuinely kind. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Shower drain was blocked and needed cleaning - floods the bathroom. Only gripe we had!

Location, bed and amenities are great. Room is spacious and super clean. Air con works good too. The sunset restaurant is amazing and well priced as well. Staff are super nice and speak very good English and Albanian.

Perfect! We will come back again for sure! The building is in the front line of the beach, very comfortable. Sun-beds and parasol are free of charge for hotel guests. Its a nice private beach with a bar& restaurant, no worries if you get hungry or thirsty🙂 Newly renovated room with a balcony and stunning view from there. Very good sound isolation, a room has an AC, fridge, provided toiletries, towels, hair dryer - everything you need. Location was perfect, easy to reach from port by walking. Breakfasts you have to order from the menu -that made our holidays even better. It’s a guarantee that you will get your full breakfasts until 10am. The staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you for having us, cant wait to come back.

Loud music on the beach most of the day, but that's everywhere in Albania, Ksamil Beach we also visited was worse.

Stunning seaview from our balcony and beach with sunbeds and bar service right below. The room was spotless and had been newly renovated, offering a fresh feel. The aircon efficiency and positioning in the room assured good night rest. Host Enis and all the staff were helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful, the rooms are basically brand new, and the guys working on every minute of their day on the details around the apartments and by the beach. 10/10, highly recommended!

The hotel advertises itself on Booking as having a private beach. However, when we asked where we could settle at the beach, the host told us that they didn’t actually have a private beach, that it was a mistake made by Booking, and that they had been trying to fix it. Even though the beach directly in front of the hotel has a restaurant with the same name, we were advised to go after 5 p.m. to avoid paying for the sunbeds (as there is no area for public use).

Good room size, everything was clean, and it had a beach view from the room.
