i like everything about this property specially staff. that guy was amazing. he was really careful & understanding person for us. moreover breakfast was amazing. we were 8 people & every one was happy about this hotel. i promise you if anyone will do a plan to visit saranda, i will definitely recommend your hotel.

Price is main thing why we chose this hotel and I think that low price tells about everything else. Overall everything was good for the price you pay and breakfast was amazing! Free parking is available but be ready to drive pretty steep slope to parking as it can be very challenging!

The ""side sea view" actually is more like view to two construction buildings on front of you. Sea view is there but not as advertised I would say so. Location also is pretty far from Sarande center and there is nowhere to walk around to be honest. We walked around the block, went to the beach but the beach was full of restaurants and private beaches by hotels.

The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and attentive! The breakfast was very tasty !

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the property. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain every part of the hotel. The amenities were top-notch, offering comfort and convenience throughout my stay. Overall, the property added significantly to the enjoyment of my visit, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent experience.

The breakfast was nice 🍳. The bus station is not that far from the hotel. If you need a scooter to rent go to Alba’s Rental Scooter , we had one for 20€/1 day and it’s really convenient, they don’t ask you for deposit . The town gets really busy with cars.

The shower should have the shower 🚿 curtain, it was tricky not to make the floor wet

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened hotel in Sarandë, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully designed, offering all the amenities one could hope for. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and stunning views of the Ionian Sea. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarandë. The combination of a new, well-maintained property and exceptional service makes it a top choice for travelers. We can’t wait to return!

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The room is incredibly clean, everything is new and the bathroom is really good looking. The every day cleaning service is amazing as well. The breakfast has extremely good quality products, most of them in an Albanian traditional style, quality over quantity. The view on the terrace of the hotel is nice and a public beach is 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a non stop market in front and a pizza restaurant. A big plus for this hotel is the private parking, so your car is always safe, far from the chaotic traffic in Sarandë, even though the ramp might seem a bit scary, especially if you don’t live in Balkan countries. However, most hotels in Sarandë are positioned on a hill. Furthermore, the AC is working really good, they have window blinds so if you want to sleep late in the morning you won’t be disturbed and insect nets. There is always hot water in comparison with other places in the Balkan countries. Wi-Fi is working perfectly. I could never imagine such amazing service at such a low price. Last but not least, what made our stay in Sarandë perfect was the stuff, this hotel being a family run business. They were really welcoming, they gave us free water bottles when we got there and again when we left, they even prepared us large boxes to take away breakfast in our last day, they made good recommendations of places worth visiting and told us interesting details about the history of Albania, not to mention they took us to different places in Sarandë by car at a much lower price than those required by taxi drivers. These people made our first experience in Albania a complete one and we are so grateful for it. I’ve never met warmer people in all the other 23 European countries I visited. My stay in this hotel and my overall experience in Sarandë and the destinations nearby made me fall in love with Albania and I will surely come back.
