Lovely Pools. Really friendly staff. Great location. A wonderful place that will only get better

Needed a little extra customer service understanding at points, for the premium price paid. (Eg beds not set up for enough guests, had to chase up requests)

Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, a good breakfast, and excellent service. The atmosphere is relaxing, making it a great place to stay

The Hotel is of very high quality in all aspects. Staff and manager (Jurgen Arapi) are extremely helpful and friendly.

We booked a room with a sea view, but when we came in (it was cca 21:30), we found out that the balcony door couldn't be closed. We called to the reception for help, some guy came but he also failed to close it (and there was a strong wind, so it was impossible to sleep). Then another room was offered to us, but it was obviously a smokers room (though it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms) and the smell was terrible. Then a third room - but there was a problem with ventilation. Then a fourth room, it was fine, but not the type we ordered (very small, no view). And all this time we were moving in and out with a kid at 10 pm and no one even suggested to take care of our luggage. Next day our first room was repaired and we got a free dinner, however i have never seen anything like that in any 5* hotel. Food so so, couple of times we got dirty plates. If you dont have all-inclusive (which we didn't), you cant put drinks by the pool to a room number, you have to pay immediately. Beach was nice, but a man drowned the time we were there, it spoiled the mood

New hotel , great location, food and service was excellent. Hotel is right on the beach and is close to other good restaurants and hotels.

Bottled water was only complimentary on the first night and we thought a 5 star hotel would provide bottled water every day.

It was spacious and comfy. It was very modern and the staff were very helpful. I felt very safe as a solo traveller.

There were some impurities on the walls

Amazing, sea view room. Very swish, new and huge - extremely comfortable. Good beach beds, plenty of room Nice pool Everything new and clean.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel but the area: - Sea is warm but rather grubby. - Hotels along the strip very tightly packed together - pool beds tightly packed together

Beautifully positioned right on the beach, this hotel is very comfortable, though difficult to access without a car.

We had B&B and the choices for breakfast were very great but unfortunately not even once in the whole week did we have fresh bread. The bread selection was non existent, always stale and most of the “hot” dishes coming from the kitchen were already cool.

Staff, especially Dennis and Ergit, were excellent. Upstairs restaurant was very good. Beautiful views. Rooms were spacious - bedroom and bathroom

Wifi in the room wasn't as good as it could have been. No gym facilities.

The most modern looking hotel in Golem. And it didn’t disappoint! Very nice room with view of the pool and sea. Functioning airconditioning, small fridge, nice walk in shower. Great breakfast! Seats and umbrellas around the pool and on the beach included. And what a great restaurant. We had dinner there. Great food and great staff. Maybe a little more expensive than other restaurants in the neighbourhood, but the quality is so much better! If I would come back to Golem, I would not hesitate to book the same hotel…

The public roads to the hotel are not the best. Close to the hotel the roads are very narrow.
