Breakfast could definitely be improved, especially for us Italians, who aren't used to eating cucumbers and tomatoes in the morning. The bathroom floods every time you take a shower because the curtain is too short. The living room has utensils, pans, and silverware, but there's no stove, so they're useless. The curtains don't block out the sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in the morning.

The property was in a great location, between Saranda and Ksamil. It has a convenient private parking area for the car. Nearby, there are beautiful and quiet beaches within walking distance. However, the real added value of the hotel is the friendly Asis, always available to help with any request!

Double rooms are only with double beds. No twins. Breakfast only from 8 a.m.

Facilities in the room need to be renovated... Shower, shower curtain... There is always water on the floor. The dog in the hotel parking was barking the whole night under the window.

The host was really friendly and hospitable. He was able to answer all our inquiries and even propose amazing places to go in Sarande. The breakfast was also delicious with traditional Albanian food!!

The beds wasn't that comfortable, but for the price it was worth. The bathroom was with a bad smell and we didn't really know where it was coming from and the shower wets a lot the bathroom's floor. And something that made us a upset is that on booking.com is written that we can pay by card, when we arrived there we couldn't. We had to pay a high fee to withdraw the money.

The staff was amazing, literally the best part on the hotel. They were so kind and open to help whenever we needed it. Also, there was ar conditioner, a good balcony with see view and facilities in the room. The breakfast even simple was really good. The location was also a good plus on our stay. Close to beachs, a market right on the corner, the bus stops to ksamil and Sarande center are on the street close to the hotel and some good restaurants close to it. The price is also good for Albania and the kind of trip we planned to do.

We expected a bit bigger studio apartment for four people. The shower had very low pressure but it worked. Shower curtain were short so water spread on the floor which was little inconvenient. Parking and street were little tight. Their dog bark late night which was a bit uncomfortable. But overall it was good. These things could be improved in future.

It was at a nice location, close to beach but one street behind the main street. Google map didn't show the navigation well. It was a cheap price for the facility they provided.

It could do with a little furniture and bathroom upgrade but overall couldn't be more happier with our stay.

Lovely hotel, great location and the best part is that you can use the roof terrace and watch the sunset with your friends and family. Hotel staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful and we would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness was far below expectations — the room was not properly cleaned, and the bedding was old and uncomfortable. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained, which significantly impacted the quality of the stay. Breakfast was very limited, lacked variety, and felt more like a formality than a proper service. Additionally, the room had no view at all, which was unexpected and added to the overall dissatisfaction. Most importantly, the price charged does not match the level of service or comfort provided. I do not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

Not really a deal breaker but it would be good if they could add nightlights next to the bed.

Our stay in The first hotel it was great, it is a family hotel and the staff is friendly. We booked the 2 room apartment, it was big and had two balconies! The property includes free parking which is highly appreciated. Overall is super comfortable I highly recommend it
