Great location, super friendly staff and an amazing rooftop terrace. We really enjoyed our stay here

Not near swimable beach or restaurants. Both over 1km away . Only suitable if you have a car

Lovely hotel, great location and the best part is that you can use the roof terrace and watch the sunset with your friends and family. Hotel staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful and we would definitely stay there again.

It could do with a little furniture and bathroom upgrade but overall couldn't be more happier with our stay.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and room cleaning is always available. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The staff is so helpful that I was both surprised and delighted, especially Aziz, who is always available and gave me the feeling that he could anticipate what I wanted before I even said it. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sitting and enjoying the night. Our seven-day stay can be described as perfect.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness was far below expectations — the room was not properly cleaned, and the bedding was old and uncomfortable. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained, which significantly impacted the quality of the stay. Breakfast was very limited, lacked variety, and felt more like a formality than a proper service. Additionally, the room had no view at all, which was unexpected and added to the overall dissatisfaction. Most importantly, the price charged does not match the level of service or comfort provided. I do not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.

Staff is very helpfull, the room is clean and spacious, the location is near the mango beach and the area has a lot of good restorant and markets. I viil recomand this hotel.

The shower was not fix in the wall

Excellent stay — amazing staff! The hotel was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. But what really made the difference was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Qëndrimi ynë në këtë hotel ishte një përvojë fantastike! Dhoma ishte shumë e pastër, komode dhe me një pamje mahnitëse nga deti. Stafi ishte i sjellshëm dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar, duke e bërë qëndrimin tonë edhe më të këndshëm. Vendndodhja ishte ideale — afër plazhit dhe shumë restoranteve të mira. Do ta rekomandoja patjetër për këdo që viziton Sarandën dhe me siguri do të kthehemi përsëri!

The property was in a great location, between Saranda and Ksamil. It has a convenient private parking area for the car. Nearby, there are beautiful and quiet beaches within walking distance. However, the real added value of the hotel is the friendly Asis, always available to help with any request!

Breakfast could definitely be improved, especially for us Italians, who aren't used to eating cucumbers and tomatoes in the morning. The bathroom floods every time you take a shower because the curtain is too short. The living room has utensils, pans, and silverware, but there's no stove, so they're useless. The curtains don't block out the sunlight, making it difficult to sleep in the morning.

Our stay in The first hotel it was great, it is a family hotel and the staff is friendly. We booked the 2 room apartment, it was big and had two balconies! The property includes free parking which is highly appreciated. Overall is super comfortable I highly recommend it

Not really a deal breaker but it would be good if they could add nightlights next to the bed.
