We loved everything about this place - it was a gorgeous, quiet, peaceful location with lovely views and surrounding. It was exceptionally clean. The hosts were incredibly kind. And breakfast was amazing!

We loved everything.

Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel hidden away in the castle grounds near the tekke. We had the family room, bathroom was spotless (with an amazing view) beds were very comfortable, air con was good but the room was cool so we didn’t need it much. Also a lovely little courtyard garden .

Sadly we were unable to have breakfast which was a shame as the courtyard would have been perfect.

Its location inside the castle grounds is special. The museums and bazaar are a short walk away. The room is very comfortable, and the host warm and welcoming.

Very helpful host who recently renovated this house. It stays within family for generations and you can really see his dedication to the place. Room was very cosy with a spectacular view, clean and well equipped. Close to old bazaar, museum and restaurants. Contact the host before for car arrangement.

Really unforgettable experience sleeping inside the area of old castle, history breathing on you while the house is renovated with all new facilities. Caring owners, tasty breakfast with best pancakes ever. Sunset view from the castle, strolling around castle area when majority of tourists are gone.

PERFECT. It is hard to find a place this good. Everything was perfect and even better than expected. The staff was super nice, familiar and friendly. The facilities were new and everything worked perfectly. We had breakfast and it was delicious and home made. Really happy to have found this place

Lovely accommodation built in the traditional style. Very clean and super friendly and helpful staff!

The only thing was the cobbled road to the property was difficult with our suitcases but the staff was helpful trying to come up with solutions.

We had a wonderful stay for one night in Dollma House, the owner is so welcoming and makes such an effort to ensure you have a nice stay. Our view from the room was really pretty and was a unique and special experience. We had a lovely traditional breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed three nights at this unique and wonderful place. Very nice and welcoming hosts. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and Albanian specialties. Yummy. We recommend this place.

Amazing place!! Modern facilities and comfort and built based on traditional Albanese houses; so one get the good of both sides! The owners were caring to the guests and did all to support and please the guests.

All was great! But as it is inside the castle compound, the walking is through cobble old stones - so not accessible for those with mobility challenges.

The house is so beautiful ! Well situated in the historic centre of the city, near the castle! The Couple who welcome you are very nice and help you if needed! They were very helpful with the parking. The breakfast is delicious with fresh products, would recommend!

Beautifully renovated tradional house. Helpful and friendly host. Was kind enough to see us right from the property to the bus station and assist with bags.

All good but fair warning...may need host's help in locating property within the castle walls. And navigating the stone walkway with even small bags takes some practice.

Location and staf 10/10! Super friendly, and very welcoming. We had a great stay here, and definitely recommend it! Great view from the room too!

The old road to the accommodation is very charming, but best taken with comfortable shoes and take only the luggage you need. (No dealbreaker though, because staf will help you!)

What a lovely property! Both the outdoor patio + garden, and the inside of the house are quaint and homey. It’s a renovated 300 year old property that has been passed down through multiple generations. We were welcomed by Deany and showed where to park before being escorted to the property. Breakfast was simple but delicious and served in a timely fashion.

Keep in mind that you will need to traverse centuries-old, sometimes slippery stone paths to reach this property. Leave your suitcase behind and bring bag(s) you can carry easily. It’s all about the experience of staying within a historic place inside the castle walls!

A true five-star experience at this amazing hotel! You’re staying within the walls of Krujë Castle, yet in a completely modern, new, and stylish boutique hotel where every detail has been carefully considered. What impressed us the most, however, was the host himself – his warmth and sincerity will always stay in our memories. You don’t often find hospitality like this anymore! We stayed in the deluxe family room – everything was perfect, and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast is available for a small additional fee, and it’s wonderful – you even get pancakes. The host helps with parking and luggage and gives advice about Kruje and Albania. Don’t hesitate to book this place! We’ll be back again next year!
