They don’t serviced the room unless you give them permission to enter your room which we were not aware of. Would have liked bin emptied etc.

Lovely girl at the reception- so helpful and spoke really good English. Out room was huge, bright and clean with lovely balconies. Nice towels and we even had a bottled water dispenser. We did a tour so they made us a takeaway breakfast with water, serviettes and also provided 2 beach towels. Perfect.

The mattress was very firm and only low pillows were available. Breakfast is very carb heavy, and somewhat lacking in variety and fiber.

Great location, excellent value for money. Front desk agent Ledi was very pleasant and helpful. Parking on the street is available and free, but perhaps a little… exciting by european standards, but the staff happily will assist you. Breakfast included a selection of cakes, some salad, boiled eggs, and was fairly tasty. Plenty of restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away.

Jolanta was the highlight of our stay at the Red Bricks Hotel. She was super nice and helpful. She upgraded us to the suite and she went out of her way to fulfill all our needs and requests. She is adorable. The suite was outstanding as well. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. They even upgraded us for free to a newly renovated suite. Very good breakfast too. The reception staff were also helpful in organising activities during our stay.

Every time I visit Shkodra, I stay at Red Bricks Hotel It's simply the best! The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The view from the hotel is absolutely wonderful and adds so much to the experience. One of my favorite parts of the stay is the breakfast. It’s always tasty, fresh, and varied. The crepes are honestly the best I’ve ever had! The local dishes and pastries are also delicious and prepared with care. The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Shkodra, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. I’ve recommended Red Bricks Hotel to several friends and relatives who’ve visited Shkodra, and they all shared the same great impression. I’ll definitely be returning again on my next trip!

The rooms are quite large and beds are just fine. The breakfast is more or less the same everyday but there’s such a large selection it’s like having different options everyday. I really appreciated the staff here. They are very knowledgeable and kind and definitely try to go above and beyond for you!

Parts of the room could’ve been cleaner but nothing that was horrible (just missed crumbs).

Excellent place to stay! It’s well located being across from the bus pickup and drop offs. It’s also walking distance to quite a few restaurants, bars and shopping places. I was taking an early morning bus so they made sure to have a packed breakfast in a bag for me since I was missing breakfast. The packed bag had quite a few different items and I loved that they thought to do something like that.
