This was a perfect place to stay after the last day of the peaks of the Balkans hike. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the food was exceptional! It's a bit of a hike up from central Theth, but I would say it's worth it for the peace and incredible views.

This place is the best accommodation we've ever stayed at! Everything from the hospitality of the hosts, to the amazing views and food, exceeded our expectations. We had breakfast included and also chose to have dinner for an extra charge - I can sencerly say it was the best food we've ever had. Everything was fresh and cooked by the owners, and it was delicious! They also have the cutest dog ever 🐶 they really do make you fell right at home - I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything!

Very clean rooom, comfort bed & huge bathroom. Quiet room. Personnel was extremely kind. We had traditional breakfast, which we liked a lot. Overall, it was a simple stay that covered the essentials.

The access road to the property was a little tricky (but manageable). The outdoor common area was quite simple, but with a few small touches like some extra seating, shade, or garden/greenery, it could become even more inviting. There were also a few wasps when eating outside, so a slightly more protected spot for enjoying breakfast outside would make a great addition.

Amazing location with actual 360 degree views of the mountains. Lovely garden area to sit and enjoy meals and enjoy the views. Owner came and picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us to the trailhead the next day. We ordered dinner and there was so much food all of which was delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean. Also got a packed lunch the following day and it was a massive sandwich and delicious. Owner was friendly and helpful!

It was a comfortable stay away from a busy center but not too far. Our room and bathroom looked brand new, spotless clean. Views from the terrace are exceptional, one of the best we had in Theth. Breakfast plentiful and good. Staff very kind and speaking English, we enjoyed our stay

Road is bumby but short, fine with simple car.

This is a beautifully located, family-run guesthouse with incredible, homemade breakfasts and dinners. The views of the valley are absolutely stunning and the staff incredibly friendly. Rooms are simple but well equipped with spacious (and brand new) bathrooms. There is also a nice area for camping right behind the guesthouse. Do not hesitate to try the homemade dinner, which is incredibly tasty and filling. The guesthouse is located in the upper part of Theth, with incredible panoramic views, also meaning it is calm and quiet. We were offered a free pick-up from town.

First come for the views, then stay for the feast of a dinner! Just don’t snack before or you will be sorry!

The residence is very well situated on the top of the hill with a very nice view on the surrounding mountains. People working there are sooooo friendly and the food is very authentic (see the pics). The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The only small detail is the 300m to access to it. The road needs a bit reparation (but in all Albania roads are catastrophic anyway 😅)

The breakfast and dinner was amazing. Great spot, very calm compared to in the centre of town.

The facilities were great considering the property was at the hill top. The host was super helpful. The meals served at the property were locally produced and cooked to perfection (at an extra charge). Berti and his family made us feel welcomed and at home. He picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us back too at no extra charge.

This camping is run by a family of mom and a son. They both are amazing people. Their hospitality is very much appreciated and they go to a great extend to make to feel comfortable.

Very nice owner. The house is on a hill with lovely views. Diner and breakfast is excellent. Nice new rooms. Comfortable beds. Parking next to the house.

The shower will not always give hot water/ water pressure. You will need a car to get there.

i think is one of the greatest places i have ever been to. The view from the building was breathtaking, the hospitality and the kindness of the people living there was overwhelming, the breakfast was delicious, i can't reccomend it enough

Great breakfast and dinner over a wonderful view and with 90% homegrown/homemade products. The host was the nicest we have ever met. If you are looking for a local authentic experience this is the place to be!

Best to have your own vehicle because it is not in the center of theth (7 min drive)

Lovely communication, beautiful brand-new rooms, and excellent food.

Really nice view of the whole Theth from the garden. There is plenty of space and several tables. You can park your car or motorbike in the garden. The room is large with a large bathroom. It is quite a remote location. Wonderful breakfast with lots of food.

It is not negative, but be aware that there is nothing in walking distance (shop, restaurant). Also, it is a bit harder to find. You have to turn from the main road to dirt road and then to choose the right way as it is splitting to more roads.
