The rooms were spacious and the beds had curtains which was nice. Unfortunately there were no towels. Also there was free dinner and breakfast. The staff was really nice and helpful with good recommendations. I would stay there again.

Large private room. Was awesome to receive a free dinner. We got to connect with other travelers and share stories. The staff helped us book our transport to Valbonë and back from Theth. You can also buy a package deal here (we did not use it). Great WhatsApp group for extra information. Was perfect for a couple looking to connect with other travellers.

We had a great stay with Tia’s! The accomodation was ideal for us 3 people and very clean. We did the hike from Theth to Valbonna through Tia’s also who organised the whole transport/ hike/ accomodation and made it very easy for us. The 2 nights of accomodation while on the hike were also so nice and authentic. Would recommend staying whilst in Shkoder.

Very friendly staff, very central

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Tia’s Hostel. Very friendly and helpful owners. The hostel offers a tasty breakfast for free and also cheap bike rental, laundry service and multiple hiking trips. Additionally, the hostel is just 2 minutes away by walking from the main street with restaurants and bars.

The owners are very kind, even shared their food with me, there is a lot of life in the hostel - guitars, bike rental, great volunteers, clothes swaps, highly recommend!

I have to say it's loud. This place is big and beautiful. Because of the low season, I was upgraded to a better room for the same price. I did the famous hike Theth—Valbona with those few other guests. It was a blessing. Everything was organized, including packed lunches, accommodation, transportation, and everything included. It was the best part of my trip to Albania.

Very nice and clean hostel. Our room was so beautiful with a little balcony. We choose this hostel because of the Theth – Valbona they organize. It was low season, so not many of us where on the hike, but it was perfectly organized with packed lunches, accommodation, transportation and meals included for all the stay in the mountains. On the other side they do have some nice daily tours they organize around the area. Definitely it’s a place to be.

The garden was the perfect spot for dinner and coffee!! Having bikes available made it super easy to get to the lake and castle. There is plenty of space in the common area and outside. Will be back! :)

Tias hostel is an excellent choice for shkoder! Great location, super friendly staff, and a great kitchen and social area both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and my room even had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset

Spacious private room with private balcony. Quiet during low season. Indoor and outdoor common areas are comfortable to relax outside the room. Functioning guitar to play! Bike rental available at the property.

Need hooks, shelves and places to hang stuff inside the bathroom for comfort.

Tia's hostel was exceptionally clean, had a great atmosphere, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. They also offer an all-inclusive hiking tour from Theth to Valbona in the Albanian Alps, which is well worth the cost. Choose this hostel if you are staying in Shkoder!!

Really great hostel right in the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even organising activities like cliff jumping, paddle boarding, BBQ dinners, movie nights and the Theth to Valbona hike which made the stay very enjoyable and it was a great way to meet other travellers. Very clean and spacious.

The location and the amenities were excellent! all the staff we friendly and helpful. The activity’s they provide are also super fun and a great way to explore the city.

The location of the hostel is really good. The hostel itself is very clean. This is a really good option for this price. You can even rent bikes there, which is a really good option if you want to visit the lake
