Credit card payment did not work. The shower should have curtain or something similar since when taking shower whole bathroom is quite wet.

No info when you walk into the apartment building where to go, the hotel is on the 4th floor but there are no signs on the building inside or outside on where to go. The internet was down so we sat at the bottom entrance for an hour. We walked up two flights thinking it might be upstairs but again no signage and it doesn’t feel like a building to start wandering around in and it was very hot with our big bags we didn’t want to walk up more stairs than necessary! No elevator either

On the second day the electricity went off so there was no internet as well. It was important for me since I had to work remotely. I texted the staff on both - booking and WhatsApp and got no response at all. Apparently, there was the issue of the building in general, but knowing that there no one who could at least update you on what’s going on is not nice.

Property is hard to find, difficult to get a cab to as its in a back road and maps doesnt recognise it properly. Bathroom had sewage smell. Have to climb up 8 ish flights of stairs, no lift. Reception only there from 2pm to 10pm and dont answer messages around these times either

The location of the hotel is great-about 10 min walking to the main square of the city. The room was really big and very clean. Really nice city hotel, I would deffinitely choose it again if I visit Tirana one more time.

The boiler was set dangerously high I almost burnz myself a few times it is set to 80 should be set to 55 max. On some days a bad odour came up feom the drains There was no desk or chair to work at.

The hotel was in the 5th floor with no elivator. Not suitable for all persons. There was no notice of that during the bookingprocess. And there was no sign in the gorund flor that it existed a hotel at the 5th floor. Made us a little confused at the arrival. The view was not impressing, just backyards. The reception was very strick about the latest arrival time (20:00). Our plan was late so we almost did not make it.
