My feedback is just to help to improve little things (easy to fix), not to criticise in a bad way. We stayed in room number 102, so if you stay later than mid of June and is still in bad conditions after the Hotel read our review, then they need to improve their business attitude. - the shower curtain was new but too short, so you have a not expected swimming pool when you go out. The shower wall (a kind of glass door) is quite dirty and full of mould. We had a shower with flip flops. - there where spider nets (old and big ones) on the upper left corner of the door towards the terrace. Also the glass windows were quite dirty. - behind the right side bed there was a plug completely out of its position and broken. - the fridge was very dirty. - the pillows were super high and hard, my friend woke up with a terrible torticollis. - I don't have any problem in sleeping with day light coming from the window, but if you have issues with curtains that doesn't cover properly the window, have a thought before booking.

The location was perfect, very close to the Skenderbeg square. You can park just in front of the hotel, they have reserved places for the cars of the guests. The receptionist was lovely and wrote us in advance to know our arrival time. There is air conditioning in the room, and also a little fridge (we stayed in June and wad very hot). If you can choose to stay in any of the rooms of the left side of the corridor (102, 104) is better to have a good rest, as those rooms don't face the main road (that is quite noisy and hectic). The views are not lovely, but at least is quiet.

-> Good location but on a very busy street and we received a room with a terrace right on that busy street hence we had some issues falling asleep (although we were tired) as there were cars and bikes and terraces and just a lot of noise around - I guess you can ask at the reception to give you a room facing the back of the building where these should be less noise -> No one at the reception in the morning for check-out; we wanted to also ask for help booking a taxi but we had to find another way to cover this ourselves

-> Big room with big comfy beds -> Toiletries provided -> When we arrived we had someone waiting at the reception and was able to help with some details but in the morning, for check-out, there was no one there

Two suggestions: 1. Place chairs and a table on the balcony so that guests can sit and enjoy the view. 2. Paint the walls of the hotel room in a different, lighter pastel color. The blue color feels dark and depressing. • In the desk cabinet, we found empty drink cans and a pizza box. Also, I am allergic to dust mites, and after lying in the bed, my nose became congested. It may be necessary to clean the beds even more thoroughly (although I have no doubt that the bedding was clean). Despite these remarks, I give the hotel a rating of 10 because the overall impression is truly wonderful.

A wonderful hotel in the most beautiful part of the city. Below the hotel, there is a restaurant with lovely Albanian music. I noticed that in previous reviews, some people complained about the noise. My hotel room was on the main street, and there was no disturbance to my sleep. It is likely that those who complained earlier are either overly sensitive to noise or have a sleep disorder. Check-in went smoothly. The receptionist kindly showed us the reserved parking spot in front of the hotel. In the hotel room, I especially want to highlight the bathroom, which is excellent. Check-out went smoothly without any problems.

We arrived very late but we could still contact the receptionist and he let us in. Real life saver, good price and very comfortable room with all we needed. A/C, shower, big bed and a cute balcony overlooking the main street outside.

I was double booked and was sent a message five minutes before I arrived telling me that there were no rooms available.

My shower leaked from the base. When I told the staff they already knew and didn't seem concerned. I don't want to be in a room where the whole bathroom floods with every shower. The bathroom was very old and needs to be renewed.

When I opened the door from the cupboard, it fell out on the floor, no fridge. Our friends booked the rooms in the same hotel, but on arrival they did not have rooms for them, they stayed in a worse quality accommodation 500 m away at the same price.

The room wasn’t clean properly. The floor wasn’t swept in the room. There were some small pieces after previous guests under the bed or behind bedside table along with a lot of dust. There were 2 pairs of flip flops left after previous guests and the bin in toilet wasn’t empty.

The hotel is based in a very good location. There are couple of parking spots allocated to it we mentioned in advance that we are coming by car so we were able to park the car. Nice view from the room to a busy street. Staff was welcoming. There is nice Arabic restaurant opposite which I would highly recommend to visit.
