The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive,especially Angela. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Location walking distance to old city and center.

The breakfast could be a little more varied and include more vegetables and breads

While the hotel is conveniently only a few mins walk from the centre, it is quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast served.

The rooms are large, modern, clean and spacious.

Breakfast was limited and not well set up for the number of people, the staff were working incredibly hard but it was slightly frantic!

Very nice room, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, nice amenities. Good location, 10 min on foot from the old city center and the restaurants. Reserved spot for parking in front of the hotel is a must. The breakfast was nice as well, has everything you can choose from. Amazing staff.

Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean.

The beds only had sheets - no blankets. It was extremely hot outside, so air conditioning was critical in the rooms. However, we needed blankets on the beds to stay warm at night with the air conditioning on. We were told by staff they didn't have blankets and that we should just turn down/off the A/C. Unfortunately, that didn't work and sleeping at night was uncomfortable. It's a new hotel so maybe they are just working out the kinks...

The service and attention from the staff at Tribute Hotel was exceptional! They went out of their way to assist with a special birthday surprise and offered nothing by kindness and help from start to end. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The rooms have high ceilings, lots of natural light and high ceilings. You will feel very comfortable during your stay.

A delightful, new and modern boutique hotel within walking distance of the old part of the city. Staff were outstanding and the breakfast excellent. Rooms are modern and have every amenity. I don’t hesitate to recommend this gem.

Breakfasts with larger numbers of guests are not entirely well organised, especially towards the end of the breakfast period.

Very attentive staff! They were available whenever we needed anything and were excellent communicators. The property is easy to find. The front desk gave us a lot of recommendations for places to see while in town.

There was a light in our room that wouldn't turn off even with all the lights switched off. Made it hard to sleep, might be a small fix. Besides that minor issue, the room was really nice.

Definitely one of the best hotels we've been to. The staff is very nice and helps you with every question you have. Even are willing to give you some advice about activities in and around Shkodër. There is enough parking space in front and behind the hotel. The room was big and clean and only got refreshed if we asked because they respect our privacy. Location is near the center which is ideal.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help when we had a problem with the car. A lovely clean and modern hotel.

We would have liked a safe in the room. The room air con was very efficient in one room and inefficient in the other. My partner got a bit cold in the night with only a sheet on the bed and no duvet supplied ( I prefer the room cold)

The room was very new, clean and modern.

Breakfast was disappointing and not well set up for people with allergies. No labels and no dietary alternatives even though I requested in advance.

Breakfast was nice, although we wish it started earlier for guests that may need to travel earlier than 8am, we had a trip booked to Theth with a pick-up before 8am, the hotel said they'd pack breakfast for us since we would miss breakfast however this only consisted of water, 1 sandwich (cheese and chicken ham), a cupcake which was incredibly dry and hard and 1 apple & 1 orange. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and clean. Location is great! Not far from local restaurants, the lovely gentleman at reception was very friendly and was able to help us with a parking space for our rental car.

There was a female staff member who wasn't as hospitable as we had hoped, berated us for being 'late' for our pick-up to Theth, we were told the night before pick up would be between 7 - 7.15 am, reception called us at 7.10 notifying us that our driver had arrived, we came down just before 7.15 am and she insisted that we were late for our pick-up. Going back and forth with your guests as if we were children wasn't appreciated. Also we had a late check-in as we arrived at midnight from a long drive, only one toilet roll provided which only had a couple of sheets left. Little things like this really do make a difference in your stay at a hotel and whether you would return.

Vers nice hotel close to the center. Everybody is helpful and kind. Easy to park the car.
