The hotel is on very good location, close to the beach (2-3 min by walk), in front of 2 markets and many little restaurants. The staff was very polite and kind. The receptional girl was very helpful. The room is comfortable and clean (every day was cleaned by the staff from hotel). The breakfast was good. The stay in hotel was very pleasant.

Maybe the breakfast was short in some resources…. maybe there could be more sorts of salami and cheese and some olives

I was thoroughly impressed with several aspects of my experience at Hotel Ujvara. The location is absolutely fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions and restaurants. This convenience makes it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers who want to explore the area and enjoy the coastal experience without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. While not overly lavish, it was solid and satisfying. The selection was sufficient, with the quality and freshness of the food being commendable, providing a good start to each day. The basics were well-covered, with fresh fruits, pastries, and a few hot items that were well-prepared and tasty. Overall, my stay at Hotel Ujvara exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of an excellent location with easy beach access and a decent breakfast made for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Best place to stay in Golem area, cleanest premises, very good restaurant on site (possibly the best in the walking distance area), the owners take quality vey seriously and do not compromise on it, great private beach 2 min walk from the hotel. Lots of shops and places around to eat and drink. All the best to the hotel, we hope to visit again.

We booked Deluxe Room which is described as 56 m2, but we got standard room which is around 20-25 m2 with balcony. We didn't need to have such spacious room to be honest, but the downgrade is the worst that hotel can do. We can't even reach the reception workers to tell them about it (read below). Housekeeping: the information given about towel and bedsheets change (each 2 and each 3 days respectively) is not true. During 8 days our towels were changed twice, and bedsheets only once. We asked not to clean room only after the first night, and once only to change the towels without full service. Breakfast: the same food each day and its quality is pretty poor. Reception: most of the time there was no one at the desk, even during our checkout, so there was no possibility to get some information from them. Beach: It is very hard to get free place if you are coming to the beach after 8:00. The best way is to leave the towel at late evening on the day before.

Restaurant a la carte is great from food to service. The umbrella and sunbeds are included in the price and hotel has its own piece of the beach. The location is excellent - 2 minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, shops and markets are everywhere along the street.

The restaurant needs a little better management. There is a room for improvement! The breakfast was great. At the dinner we had to wait quite long because the waiter was under lots of stress, as a result of the owner. He was all the time acting like he organizing the place but in the wrong manners, he caused more stress for waiters and they made mistakes. Since I managed a big restaurant for years I know what i am talking about. I hope the owner will take this criticism as tip for improvement.

The hotel has a restaurant, a a quality person and my wife working in relation with bookings, the breakfast is not the best, the moon egg are so oily and there is no toaster for bread. Just one type of breakfast everyday is not good and healthy. Secondly the staff are not kind at all at the restaurant, however they pushed us away and we found a far more better restaurant around the conner.

Generally, the cleaners are doing amazing job they clean everyday and it is pretty cool. However be careful it's all ties on the floor. The lady at the reception is top noch always ready to help.

I had a problem with the hotel's restaurant and customer satisfaction is zero. I wanted to sit and have a drink in the hotel restaurant with my wife and my 4 year old daughter around 8 o'clock in the evening, but they did not allow me to do so. If you are not going to eat, you cannot sit down. I am very disturbed by this situation and I want my hotel fee to be refunded and I want to move to another hotel. The next day, We had problems in the hotel restaurant again. I booked a room with breakfast in the morning. At breakfast, my 4-year-old daughter could not finish all the cereals and I wanted to take them with me by putting them in a glass. The staff said I couldn't take it. Then I went to the hotel manager and the manager told me I couldn't take it. The manager came to the reception and started arguing with me. He threatened me. He made the "I'll kill you" sign with his hand. He swore and told me to leave the hotel. I said give me my remaining hotel fee and I'll go. He continued to swear and threaten. I left the hotel immediately because I and my family did not have life safety. I want the camera recordings to be monitored and recorded. I will take this incident to court.

The reserve toilet paper was placed on the top of the bin. The clothes were moved to random places after room cleanup.

A pretty hotel which is 50m away from the beach. The owners and the staff were very polite.

The person at the reception was not friendly and did not respond to customer needs. They keep birds (in cages) at the parking lot which when let out to fly dirt the cars. Parking lot is insuffiecient vs the number of rooms. On of us did not get dinner because the waiter did not understand the order (placed in English). The bread for breakfast was not good.

Location was really good, close to the beach, which part of Golem is really nice. The beach was clean with free sunbeds dedicated to our hotel.

Everything was great, honestly!

The location is great, super friendly place, owners are amazing, bedrooms are super comfortable, food is good, easy access with parking, the owners were very kind with us, there was some issues with our flights they were super empathy with us, I couldn't recommend more.
