Rented two rooms, both of which are listed with same pictures and advertise 'city view', but the second room had no windows and no sitting area.

Great location, beds very comfortable, clean, good showers, all facilities new.

Super clean. Very good hosts, good communication over whatsapp and in person. A lovely touch with the two bottles of chilled water and coffee for the morning. Fully renovated room and bathroom. Very comfortable sleep. Elvis and Ella - faleminderit! Good neighbourhood with enough restaurants but couldnt hear much noise in the room. Nice breakfast included. For me the perfect mix.

We didn’t realise that we were on the fourth floor with no lift. The host however met us and very kindly carried our bags up to the room. The room included breakfast, but we didn’t know until we arrived that it was in the restaurant downstairs and didn’t start until 9:30am. This meant that two of our three mornings we were unable to use the service due to travel commitments. On the only morning that we could use our breakfast vouchers, we learned after eating, it was capped at 5euro/ 500Lek and we had to make up the shortfall (so don’t order the very nice freshly squeezed orange juice if you don’t want to pay extra). There was a pod coffee machine in the room, which was great, but only 2 pods supplied for two people for 3 nights (extra pods were at a cost).

It was a very clean and modern room with a very good bathroom and a comfy bed. The B&B was in a great location - you could walk to all the Tirana sites and there loads of restaurants and cafes just downstairs.

The whole stay was an amazing one!!!!! The best part of the trip was Ela and Elvis( the host). they took care of us so well . From the time we entered the country till we left , we felt safe . Ela, guided us through everything that we needed. Elvis was kind enough to take us around the country. The room was fabulous. The location was the perfect one to visit to all the important tourist attraction. I will definitely recommend this to everyone who visit Albania. Definitely we will come back. Thank you Kalpazo.

The owner, he was a kind of rude answering the phone, and was very difficult for me to find the place, and he as been rude because in the morning he wanted to charge me more about the check out time that he said, was at 9 am. He is very rude.

There where some problems out of control of the host. Internet was off for about 16 hours and there where big issue's with the water. Like I said, out of control of the host, but still a disappointment. As a refund I only had to pay half of the price. Which was very kind of her.

The beds are amazing, atmosphere in the room is warm, bathroom is modern and comfortable, the host is very nice, and the location is very good. Also, there is an arrangement with a parking lot 2 streets away. This is necessary because traffic and parking is crazy in TIrana.
