The property is overall in good condition, though a few minor improvements could make it even better. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and the sheets weren’t as fresh as we had hoped. The bathroom was adequate, but the shower setup was somewhat inconvenient — something we would have liked to know in advance.

The property has a unique charm, having once been the host’s grandfather’s art studio. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the genuine, welcoming atmosphere.

To say something the bed was not the comfiest, but was not bad.

I totally loved my stay here. I wish I could have stayed more nights. It's an amazing artist studio with amazing natural light, very well decorated and cozy. It's located in a quiet area of the city and not that far from the center. Very good value for money. Andrea was also very nice and easy to contact.

Andrea is a really nice host. The studio was very spacious and had all the things you needed for your stay. I really enjoyed my time here. It was great to be surrounded by drawings and sculptures - art and creativity make the world a fantastic place to live and be in!

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Helped us throughout the entirity of our stay, making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The apartment itself is so beautiful and clean. It includes everything you may need. Bed was comfortable and clean. Location is great, very close to the center of Tirana. This was one of the best stays we have experienced. Definitely the prettiest apartment we have had. Would definitely visit again this lovely place.

Andrea is very efficient at explaining instructions and everything was beautiful and comfortable. They even have cute cats who hang out in the yard. Location, wifi, ac all good.

Maybe the only thing that was a little uncomfortable was that the AC was far from the bedroom and in the night, the bedroom got very hot.

The apartment was beautiful, on a good location, quiet street but very close to the centre. The host was super nice, helped us with everything and the stay was generally very comfortable.

The neighborhood itself was not the fanciest one, but we had no problem for the duration of our stay. Given the distance to the city center and all the other facilities the apartment offers, we easily overlooked this aspect. For the specific apartment we stayed in, the shower wasn't really a shower, it was more like a service bathroom that had a shower installed, but it didn't bother us that much, since it was enough for a daily shower for a few days.

The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed inside, from the AC (which saved our lives), to the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, smart TV and every appliance we could need (sandwich maker, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop etc.). The location was also pretty great, in a quiet area, close to a supermarket and only 10 minutes away from the city center and the main attractions of Tirana. Another thing that we appreciated was how safe we felt, the gate to the yard could only be accessed with a key provided to guests and the apartment itself could be locked just from the inside. We also liked the hospitality of our host, who was very helpful and kind to us. All in all, it was great value for the money we paid!

great area,private,nearby we had two markets,clean and it was surrounded by an old artists sculptures and paintings.Very comfortable as well ,the price was very worth it. Quiet and safe neighborhood near the center. Overall 10/10

No bad remarks at all, everything was perfect.

I loved everything about my short stay here, the design of the studio was to die for. I had the nicest morning coffee in the living room, enjoying all the original art work. The bed was extra comfy too. The host Andrea was extremely helpful and flexible around my arrival time. Centrally located, you could be at the city centre or the Block area in 15 minutes by foot. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be back very soon!
