The facilities and the location / views are excellent!

There was no bottle of water or any other drinks in the room - problem for people that need to take any medication.....

The views are stunning, it really is amazing!

For sure you will need your own car. The road to get there is reached by a 4b4 SUV to be safe.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. When you drive here, you’ll be surprised for a second by the dirt road you are taking from the side of the road, but then you arrive at the beautiful hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and modern, the view is breathtaking, the food is delicious. It’s worth every cent you spend here. The owners are kind and helpful, making this stay even better. We would 10000% come back here and recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful stay with modern facilities and a fantastic view. The food both for breakfast and dinner was superb and the service was top notch. And what a view! We had the mountain view room on the top floor and waking up to the mountain valley views every day was amazing.

A beautiful hotel with stunning views of the Albanian Alps run by the loveliest family. They were so helpful in organising taxis, advising on hikes and taking care of all our needs. The food was fantastic and we ate every meal on the terrace overlooking the mountains. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and we also had a coffee machine in our room. On request, we were given some milk to keep in our fridge- which always makes me happy on holiday.

The food was amazing,the place and the view were breathtaking and the staff very welcoming.10/10 would recommend. If you're in Theth this is the place you should be staying at.

The view. It's absolutely breathtaking. The view at the sunset dinner, breakfast, and from the room, we enjoyed every inch of it. The family runs the hotel are very nice people. We had a great chat and they gave us tips for the short hike to the Blue Eye. The room is small but well decorated. You can also enjoy the view to the hotel but it was scary to drive on the SH21 at first as the road is narrow. Cash only.

The most breathtaking view I've ever seen from a hotel! Very quiet, relaxing, and refreshing. Amazingly good breakfast! The restaurant at the hotel serves good food for dinner too.

Having the amazing views comes at the cost of anything else in Theth being quite far away, which can make other activities difficult. But the hotel provides transport if you need. Overall, great stay!

Such a great little hotel. Dani was a great host and we loved everything about our visit. The views from the hotel are amazing and dinner is served on a porch with the same views.

The top step up to the loft is a little sketchy. Be careful at night.

Everything was spectacular… the setting was truly magical and perfect for our two night stay! The staff were helpful and friendly and gave us tips for our hikes to Theth. It was easy to get to following Google Maps and nice distance from the towns surrounding it. Dinner at the hotel restaurant had the best views we have seen in all of Albania and the food was delicious! Breakfast also had a good selection of food all homemade and tasty! The room was comfortable and a good size with a walk-in shower. You should take a sleeping mask if the light bothers you as the sun rises very early!

We liked everything about our stay, but I will say that the ground floor room can be noisy due to proximity to the reception so you can hear people checking in/out very early & also the upstairs room as the floor creaks. They have brand new bungalow rooms that are more sound-proof and have incredible views which I would stay at next time!

Beautiful new hotel, great restaurant and friendly owners with a nice view. We also got a pickup in the valley when we arrived after a long hike.

Not in the center of Theth, but a bit uphill.

Fabulous location where you can unwind and take in the scenery of Theth. The setting, staff and accommodation all combine make your journey complete. Waking up to the spectacular view and breakfast were the highlight of our Albania trip.

This family run hotel was outstanding - from the most amazing views, outstanding service, the restaurant food was fantastic and daily breakfast was so delicious! This was so close to all main waking tracks as well!
