Loved everything! So clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view from terrace and the beach is a short walk down, or a quick drive down to Qeparo. Timo and his family were so lovely, we will definitely be back ❤️

Room was spacious, with full equiped kitchen, nice view over the sea and a beautiful little garden in front. Very clean, with nice balcony. Mr Timo and Mrs Christina are fantastic hosts, helped with everything we needed, including with a small problem that we've had with our car tyre. Car park in front or with small fee per day nearby. All in all everything was perfect, a very nice place to come back always in the beautiful Qeparo. Thank you for everything.

Our stay at this hotel was a very positive experience. The view from the room was simply breathtaking — one of those views you never get tired of. Everything was very clean and peaceful. The hotel also offered parking, which was a great bonus. The beach nearby is easily accessed through the traditional Qeparo stone stairs, which added a local charm. The location is truly ideal — a short drive to all the other beautiful beaches of the Albanian Riviera. We visited Borsh, Livadh, Llaman and Ksamil too. Our room included a fully equipped kitchen, but lots of good restaurants are also nearby. The hosts were always available and kind. A perfect choice for anyone looking for tranquility, nature, and authentic hospitality in southern Albania! We totally recommend it. We will definitely come back <3

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days, and the balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. Cristina was an amazing host, I was sick and she offered meds and everything. She gave us good recommendations. Super attentive. The balcony has an amazing view. I even forgot a special object and she shipped it to Spain.

The mosquitos 😂 make sure you have some mosquito protection. Although the apartment has a net, if you are in the balcony in the night you might be bitten. Might be a bit difficult parking nearby, but this is due to the size of the street.

Is a very good location, in a quiet and friendly area. There are loads of restaurants, the beach is 5minutes walk. There are supermarkets around and including a health post office. You can fine atm nearby too. The owers were lovely, friendly, welcoming and gave us tips of nice restaurants with good food. I highly recommend the blue apartment for a nice stay away from the turistic places.

We absolutely loved this place! Apartment had everything we needed and the view from balcony was amazing. Our host was super cute and welcomed us with some drinks. A place for parking available. Beautiful walk through the gardens to nearby beaches and cute local restaurants nearby We already miss it!

The property is located in a fantastic spot close to Himare and Borsh. The cherry on top of the cake is the amazing terrace facing the sea. The owners have been very kind and professional, they welcomed us, offering us a coffee and they kindly offered to wash out clothes in their washing machine, if needed.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Everything was excellent, better than we expected! The apartment was spacious, everything new and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. Free parking available inside the property. The location was also very good. On the main road, so it is easy to find and to drive away. Also about 5 minutes on foot from the beach of Qeparo. The hosts were very kind! Mr. Timo and his wife have done an amazing job! They were very friendly and even offered us free coffee in the morning.

Hosts speak Albanian only, very hard to communicate in other languages. There are some mosquitos during the night if you don’t close your window, so come prepared

Check-out at 10AM is far too early, I find, when we are arriving later in the day. This just adds to a chaotic environment. I would prefer at least an 11 or midday check-out time, or the option to extend an hour or two

Incredible ocean view, hosted by a lovely local family, over a gorgeous beach! I love this beach boardwalk. Very relaxing time.

I like the place, the beautiful view of the sea, the location and I like all the people work there, specially Timo. He loves the place and give this feeling to the guests stay in the residence. Also you can see how the rooms and the garden are clean and very well maintained. Thanks a lot Timo and thanks too the people work with you.
