Excellent place! The room was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. In the kitchen, you can brew Turkish coffee and prepare simple meals, which was very helpful for me. The location is also great — far enough from the noisy center, yet everything is within walking distance. The host, Mimoza, is truly a gift to humanity. I visited Ksamil in July 2025. My choice of Vila Emiljano was more than right. It is the best place here. I can't even find the words how Mrs. Mimosa and her family took care about me. I felt myself like at home. More than at home!! Just 5 stars relax for brain, soul and body. Everything is clean, comfortable and match the needs of real travellers to Ksamil, European Maldives. I do recommend this place to the world. Come and be yourself. And you will feel, that you have a lot of people ready to make your holiday unforgettable. Best wishes, dear Mimosa. Pretty close walking to any beach, restaurants, etc. excellent location.

Didn’t have many amenities but for the price wasn’t a problem. The only thing didn’t like was they left only one toilet paper roll for 3 days of staying.

Awesome view from the balcony, good location, close to beaches and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful hosts, they recommended us a lot of places. The family room is super spacious and great for the price!

The hosts were really friedly and nice, very communicative and responsive to requests.

The hosts don't understand what is privacy. I could notice they entered my room and switched off the air conditioning. I didn't like the noise from the crying baby they had in the mornings even the doors closed I could hear.

We had an exceptional stay at Vila Emiljsno in Ksamil! The villa is beautifully maintained and offers all the amenities you could wish for. The rooms are clean, and elegantly furnished, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet area yet still close to the beach and local attractions. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace, where we spent many relaxing evenings. Overall, our vacation at Vila Emiljano was wonderful, and we can't wait to return next year. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Excellent value for the price. It was higher than our expectation. Mimosa was super kind. You can walk to the beach from there. Good choice in Ksamil.

Location, parking, the room. Everything was nice and easy.

The only things I would have hoped for was hand soap, hand towels and something to to dishes with.

Super nice host, they even reserved a restaurant for us and lent us washing machine soap. Super spacious and nice sea view. Parking available at the spot.
