A table would be useful in the rooms. Verify the nets at the balcony doors, in time they start having holes and mosquitos are getting in the rooms.

Quiet room with a nice balcony. Easy location to get to by car. Friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious bathroom for Albania

Nasty smell under the kitchen sink. Seems like a plumbing issue. Insufficient lighting in the room. No lights by the bed.

Perfectly clean, quite spacious, with totally new bathroom appliances. Located in a green and quiet area of Ksamil, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The host was welcoming and helpful. We can also recommend seafood restaurant just near the entrance to the property.

Very clean, great location, helpful hosts

I stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing! Very fair and reasonable prices compared to other places with even lower services. The location was excellent like 5 minutes walk to Principotes and 5 minutes to the city center. The rooms are brand new, equipped with a huge clean fridge, AC, hot water, Tv, and kitchenette with all its equipment. Parking available free too. I am definitely going to stay there during my next visit.

Was missing some furniture in the room.

The room was very welcoming and had everything I expected. As I stayed all by myself in a triple room, I had plenty of space, but the room is well suited for three people. I loved the tiles from the bathroom and the fact that the bathroom mirror had a light switch. The kitchenware is minimal, but it does the job (I didn't have in mind to do a lot of cooking anyway). I also noticed the garden, very beautiful.

Very good location close to everything you need. Bed is very comfortable and the balcony is very lovely. Staff are friendly.

No sponges or soap is provided for the kitchen which would have been good as we planned to cook in so not very helpful.

There were no unpleasant things

A lovely flat with a spacious room, a modern bathroom and a balcony. Very clean and tidy. The room is equipped with the air-contitioning, a large comfortable bed and a single bed with a good mattress and fresh bedding. The bathroom is beautiful with hot water and all necessary things. The owners are very helpful and kind. The location is good, a few minutes walk to the centre and walking distance to many beaches, shops and restaurants.

All recommendations, the property is nice, clean. The host is helpful and kind. Accommodation comfortable, bathroom beautiful, maintaining hygiene every day. Everything is close to the villa. All recommendations, I hope to see you again. 😁
