While it’s true that our villa is in a quieter, developing part of Vlore, the main boulevard is actually just 1.1 kilometers away—a pleasant 15–20 minute walk. Additionally, while the most scenic beaches may require a short drive, we’re always happy to assist guests with directions or transport suggestions to help them explore the coast comfortably. We’re surprised to hear your impression of humidity in the room, as each of our rooms is equipped with an air conditioner that also includes a dehumidifying function, ensuring the environment remains fresh and comfortable for all guests. Regarding the comment about other people in the building: please note that every guest is accommodated in a private room, and the only shared spaces are the kitchen and our courtyard area, where each room has its own dedicated table and seating set. Privacy and personal space are very important to us, and we strive to create an atmosphere of both community and comfort. Dear Isttefanny, Thank you for your review. We would like to address your concerns: Bathroom and Kitchen Location: As stated in our listing, the kitchen is shared and located outside the rooms. It is a small kitchen intended for preparing breakfast only. The bathroom, while not inside your room, is private and located just across the hall. You have the key, ensuring your privacy. This bathroom is more spacious compared to the en-suite ones. The only room with an external bathroom is our most economical option, which you had booked. Room and Balcony: You booked our most economical room, which does not include a private balcony. The rooms with private balconies are priced higher and this is clearly specified in our listing. However, all guests can enjoy a shared veranda with sea views, complete with sofas and outdoor seating. Checkout Time: The checkout time is clearly mentioned during the booking process on Booking.com as 9 AM. Additionally, you receive an automatic reminder a day before checkout. We never ask our guests to leave earlier than the scheduled time. In fact, we are flexible and, upon request and based on availability, we often allow an extra hour or two for checkout. Cleanliness: We take cleanliness very seriously, conducting thorough cleanings and checks before each check-in. The remote control mentioned was brand new and still in its unopened packaging upon your arrival. It's possible that it may have been dirtied accidentally.
