It was in the center, perfect location. Free parking. An amazing villa with a beautiful garden and a nice sea view from the balcony. The staff and the owners were very frendly and nice.

Villa Kostandin is a little gem in Qeparo. Great location few steps from the beach, Cozy, comfy, beautiful, clean, quiet, with a flowery courtyard. Perfect for families. And the host D was amazingly professional and helpful. Flexible with checkout timing. We asked some guidance for the way back, she showed us all details and she even followed up with us to make sure that we had arrived. A big thanks and highly recommended.

A clean and comfortable apartment just a pebble’s throw from the beach, with very friendly and helpful host. Qeparo is much less developed and smaller than some of the nearby coastal towns, with a nice promenade and a fascinating ‘ghost town’ in the mountains above, which makes for a splendid afternoon trek. No food at Villa Kostandin, but there are restaurant options along the promenade, although some had already closed when we were there in mid-September. Jo&Jo was great for breakfast, coffee and decent fast food, while Andonis had more traditional fare. Both good value - and you could get a beer there. Parking was no problem

Nothing to dislike. We’d got used to open-plan bathrooms with showers that soak everything. As a self-catering unit, we requested a rubbish bin and this was happily provided. Steps and sloping gangway up to the apartments might be intimidating, perhaps even prohibitive, for anyone with serious mobility problems, but we negotiated them safely, even in a rain storm.

The room was a little small for three people but met all expectations.

**Amazing Beachfront Villa** Our stay at this beachfront villa was incredible. Just steps from the sandy beach and clear blue water, the villa offered a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The ocean views from every room were stunning and made our vacation truly special. Inside, the villa was beautifully decorated with a blend of modern style and coastal charm. The spacious bedrooms had comfy beds and private balconies, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and sunsets. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy and great for relaxing. The private infinity pool and large terrace were the highlights of our stay. We loved lounging by the pool, eating outside, and listening to the waves. The well-kept garden added to the peaceful atmosphere. The villa's location was perfect, offering both privacy and convenience. We were close to local restaurants, shops, and water activities, yet it felt like a secluded paradise. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay even better. From the warm welcome to the excellent daily cleaning, everything was taken care of, ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience.

Perfect location, in front of the beach. The room was perfect and comfortable(toilet could have been better). Everything was clean. Inside the room there is a little kitchen with all the equipment needed.

The rooms were very clean . The view was amazing and the location was so reachable. The villa’s staff was extra polite and helped us with everything . 😍

Lovely property with a beatiful garden carefully kept by the couple who owns the house. Rooms with kitchenette (fridge and stove) and bathroom. In front of qeparo beach.

Great spot right on the beach in Qeparo. Room was solid, tidy and had great wifi. Everything was convenient and comfortable, and the price for the location is very fair. A great option if you want something easy-to-reach and picturesque on the coast but don't need all the bells and whistles of a resort.

Amazing place to stay. Sea view balcony and one minute walking distance to the beach. Cleanliness and friendly host was the highlight of this place. The garden was pretty nice as well.
