Very nice place, feels like home. Linda and family are very friendly and welcoming

Everything was incredible! The grounds of the property are immaculate— lush, green, full of fruit and olive trees, grapes, vegetables and plants and flowers everywhere! The room was clean and comfy, the food was delicious and unbelievably fresh and Linda and her family were very kind and hospitable. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We spent one night at Hotel Villa Linda and left early next morning for Valbona. The room was clean and comfortable, but the best part of our stay was the service and hospitality: Linda and Marko made all of the arrangements for travel to Valbona and back from Theth for us, and that went smoothly. And we really enjoyed our afternoon in the garden visiting with their family. Lovely people, really generous hospitality (and good wine, too!).

For us the location was perfect, and it was nice to relax in their garden, but it is 10-15 minutes outside of Shkodër, so maybe not a great pick if you prefer to be in town.

Linda is the nicest hostess. She made us feel very welcome, and was always there to help us with any questions and going out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast is so nice! One day when we were leaving early to go on a day trip and told her we wouldn't be there for breakfast during the regular breakfast hours, she was up early to make us a small breakfast before we left. Everything is super clean and the rooms, garden and breakfast area are all very comfortable and nice. Linda, we didn't get to thank you in person since you were out. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Everything was superb. The only thing you might want to consider when booking is you hear pretty much everything from the rooms in the main house. The doors/walls don't keep a lot of noise out. But we didn't have any problems with that since everyone staying there was very mindful of each other.

We were a family of six, travelling from Montenegro to Albania, and stopped for one night at Villa Linda. It turned out to be such a wonderful choice that our children (all teenagers, 16 and older) even asked if we could extend our stay! The villa is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. Linda and her partner were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Linda speaks good English, which made communication easy, and her lovely grandson Liam, introduced to us as the “business manager” 😁, helped translate with the grandparents and made us all smile. They gave us fantastic local recommendations, including a good fish restaurant that we loved. Overall, it was a five-star experience, sweet hosts, an amazing villa, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely book again if passing through. Highly recommended!

Stayed here before ( previous week) in the main house as well. We liked it so much that we came back. Excellent job by hardworking Linda and her husband.

Everything was great!

We booked 2 rooms and everything was perfect. Everywhere was spotless clean from the rooms to the bathrooms to the downstairs reception, the rooms were big and spacious, and the courtyard was very pretty and full of nature. The location is also good with it being only about 15-20 minutes from the center of Shkoder. The owners were also very nice, helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend it here.

Beautiful oasis on the outskirts of town. Linda is a wonderful host and her establishment is impeccable. Comfy bed, screens on windows, and shower enclosure ( not that common across Albania)- all very much appreciated. Nice breakfast included. We travel by car and prefer to be in a quiet place where we can easily drive to the attractions. Besides the beautiful garden, Linda and her husband also farm and have some animals, so you might be woken up by a roosters crow or you may get to see their cute donkey.

Our landlady, Linda, and her lovely husband were so attentive to us and our children, it was as if they were our parents. They are such loving, genuine, honest, and sincere people. They truly are like a family. Thank you for welcoming us into your home, caring for us as if we were one of your own, and for allowing our children to take care of everything at the facility. Thank you for everything. We're so glad we have you.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean, with brand-new furnishings and a fully equipped space that had everything we needed, including AC. The location is excellent, with beautiful views and easy access. The hosts were truly amazing – incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us and made us feel completely at home. Their warmth and hospitality created a heartwarming, homely atmosphere. There was convenient parking available, and the homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious – fresh, generous, and made with love. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Linda and Marco are the best hosts we’ve ever had. Their attention to detail and love they put into this project made our stay very special. Breakfast was delicious, with ingredients grown in their garden. The cabin was very cute and neat. They gave us great local recommendations for our visit. It’s very close to skhoder and the lake by car.

Everything was perfect! We had a car to get there, maybe not ideal for public transport?
