The Location was difficult to find

The self Service setup of having own kitchen made the facility one of the best in Tirane.Had access to own stove,washing machine,cutlery and telly

The location, although it was very close to the main centre. It works for short stays though.

Very clean and quiet place, simple but everything renovated and modern! It was a very nice stay, also the lady at the check-in was very helpful and available for everything!

Very, very good. Very clean. Everything looked new. Very comfortable. Good A/C and great WiFi. Location is fantastic. Right in the centre of the city. Bars, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend.

The room was very clean, neatly organized and smelled fresh. Owners very helpful and friendly. The city centre is 5 minutes away on foot and there are stores and restaurants/cafés very near. Overall very good experience without breaking the bank. Reccomended 11/10 😊.

The shower glasses doesn't have a door why leav the bathroom wet and no way to sweep or clean it

Only thing is that you can hear everything happening outside.

Great location. Supermarket across the street, close to bazaar and square. Very clean, working AC and friendly owners who respond to messages very fast! Definitely would recommend!

Everything in the apartment was new and very clean. Comfortable and good beds. There is a little closed yard in the middle where you can sit and relax, very nice. Location is great near the new bazaar, so you have a lot of places to go to, supermarket just across the street and still it is in a small side alley and therefore calm. Absolutely recommendable.

Everything was very clean and the hostess is very kind and helpful. Location is good. We had all the things we needed like Wifi, A.C., kitchen and even a resting area outside. Hard to beat for the price. Greatly recommended!

a few small tips for the owners. maybe indicate at the entrance/gate that this is the hotel by a nameplate. when entering, immediately to the right is a switch for the outdoor lights, maybe put up a sign to indicate that this is the switch. Not a big deal but we missed some wineglasses.

here is an extensive review of this hotel. we booked with only 3 reviews and took a chance. but what a fantastic place! the place is only three weeks old and everything is clean and works. you are in the middle of the city but in a quiet street. the room, kitchen and bathroom are very clean. the air conditioning refrigerator and washing machine work well. within 100 meters of the hotel is a shop (trough the gate, right side), a good pizzeria and other restaurants also a good (men's) barber. everything is within walking distance. the patio is spacious and well furnished. space for multiple visitors. you sit outside but separated from the rest of the street. the owners are very good in contact via booking and speak English on arrival, are friendly and want to explain everything. the wifi is very fast. in the street (depending on where you enter) it is at the beginning or end. the big green gate isnthe entrance. the neighbors do not know the place yet so we had to search for it. When we are back in Tirana I would book here without a doubt!

Nothing permanent but at the time we stayed there was construction going on the building across the street so there was a bit of construction noise in morning time.

The property is located quite near to the city center. At max 10 min of walk. The has all the amenities, even a washing machine. Furthermore, the host is really helpful. She providing us with a mobile charger as ours wouldn’t work in those plugs and then she also bought an international adapter for us. Also, she arranged an iron. Super caring host.
