Amazing quiet getaway, views phenomenal, access to a private beach for 15 euros for the chairs/umbrellas. Yes difficult to find but the lovely host assists you to find it. The blue gate is the hint that you're in the right place. Walk down to the villa is fine if you don't have large suitcases. Highly recommend.

Dream location with a breathtaking view. Extremely clean!!! The perfect place if you’re looking for peace and quite! 5 minutes by car from borsh, where there is one of the best beaches of Albania, with very few tourists.

Just a small advice, put a sign to locate the house because it was hard to find

As soon as I confirmed the reservation they called to confirm arrival time and waited for us until we arrived. Very welcoming. The room was super clean and the view from the room was breathtaking.

Our big room had a wonderfully terrace with a splendid view over the see.

Dangerous walk to get to the apartment over a canal, only suitable for very fit people.

We stayed at this property recently and our view is absolutely positive. Eva is very kind and helpful and the place has a terrace with an amazing view! The apartment is very quiet and cute and there is also a little private beach (for a fee). Car is necessary in order to reach the seafront and other places.

The apartment is a little difficult to find also with Google Maps and Waze, on guard rail there is a small blue gate with a blue staircase, down that slope the first house is Villa Onassis.

We are thankful to our lovely host for kindness and beautiful apartment. The room is large and very nice, is has wonderful balcony and most incredible view. Room has been cleaned every few days and every time we get fresh and aromatic towels and bed sheets. Room contain everyting you need when you go on vacation, lot of dishes, closet and drawer, shelves in bathroom... Under the apartment there is a lovely peaceful beach. We had magnificent time in this place and we will definitely come again.

Amazing view, very nice hosts.

The view from the balcony is stunning and very relaxing. The hosts are a family who lives just next door and they’re very friendly and welcoming, they offered us coffee and wine.

The is no sign on the road so it’s not easy to find the place, you need to call the hosts and they come and pick you. You need to park on the main road which is quite busy all the time. There are steep stairs to reach the house so we did not carry the big suitcases but just what we needed for the night.

The view is spectacular and you can walk from the house to the Qeparo village and beach in 5 minutes It was clean and the owner was nice

It’s super hard to access and the parking doesn’t exist, you need to leave your car on the side of the road and it feels super dangerous. The steps to get to the villa are quite hard so I wouldn’t recommend for people who aren’t in good shape.

The views are really amazing.

There are some stairs to arrive at so amazing location. Be prepare, bring just small bagage!

Great location with panoramic view on the seaside and a friendly staff

Unfortunately there were some water pressures issues and we had no water in the WC 3 days after our arrival. Also, the area around the apartments would need some maintenance - some lights on the stairs, garbage to be removed, etc.
