Slight smell in the bathroom / hot tub. Not much to do around in the area, so perfect for 1/2 nights.

The appartment was spacious and very comfortable. It had A/C that worked very well, a nice shower, comfortable sofa, smart TV. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was delicious - we ate 3 meals here and were very impressed with the service and food quality. We did a day trip to Komani River which was lovely and a must-do if you visit.

There’s nothing I didn’t like but would recommend that the cleaning staff check who is the next people to stay so the chalets can be equipped with enough towels, bedding and glasses for everyone. It wasn’t a problem for us as our lovely waiter went on several trips back and forth to make sure we were well provisioned for but think the cleaners should check that when they set up. Worth mentioning that I would be nervous staying here with small children as the rustic nature of the place means there are high stone levels without safety barriers. All fine for us though with our older children .

This place is magical. Even better than the photos. The most stunning and ambient setting, Comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Restaurant food was the best we’ve had in Albania and our waiter was so kind and helpful and let us practice our Spanish! (sorry I can’t remember how to spell his name but think he was Serjat?) We stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to visit the Shala River and Shkoder. would recommend 100%!

I will say that the less positive points will be that the air conditioning can not be turning on when we leave the houses, and at the time with 36 degrees the houses were an oven and that breakfast is something controlled, not continental, in which comes pata the table the selection of what is meant to be a breakfast. It is an Albanian habit, so I saw it but the staff did not leave us much openness to ask for other things or repeat. Other than all this OK.

I will say that the main positive point and that it was a pleasant surprise was the space. The whole surrounding of the houses, in wood, is very pleasant, despite a style that transmits us the session of something old, in decay, and with 30 years (but has 10). The restaurant in the space was also good avoiding having to leave. The wooden house was good, with good conditions to relax and make your food.

We stayed in the luxury 2 bed apartment with the hot tub in the room. It was a gorgeous place, felt very homely and cosy, breakfast was delicious and served on our private table by Shabban who was very accommodating. We had a car to get into Skhoder which was ideal and also ate at the restaurant on the complex.

Language skills of the stuff, hardly speak english. Breakfast is the same everyday.

We made a reservation for 4, but only one bed was made up. We found sheets and pillows to make up the couch for the kids. There were also only 2 towels provided. Because we arrived very late (almost midnight) and only stayed one night, we did not ask for more. The staff seemed very helpful and likely would have provided more towels/linen had we asked.

There is no room cleaning, the staff only comes before and after your stay, this is not bad but worth mentioning.

The hut looks out of this world, the new buildings look great

Perfect for one night on route to Theth National Park or Koman nearby. Beautiful accommodation. Lovely dinner and breakfast. A very interesting place! Unusual architecture! Staff very friendly and welcoming and really keeping the place looking well.

The location is not easy to be found especially at night even with help of GPS.

The restaurant is great and food is delicious.

Loved the stay. Nice house, in a beautiful 'attraction' park. The property is very modern, good equipped and has everything anyone wishes. Only the curtains are a bit seen through, so if it gets clear very early in the morning, you could wake up from that. Loved eating at the restaurant, there is a special feeling inside, almost if you're right at sea or bunker, or rather in an attraction park with those themes. Breakfast is also really good, bringing a variety of meat, cheese and deep fried balls.

It’s a bit off the track, definitely need a car. Compared to the dinner options, breakfast felt underwhelming. No card payment possible, had get money from 30min away since the closest atm didn’t have any money.

Nice and cozy bungalow - high standard interior and facilities. We felt really comfortable in this property. It’s next to a small water park. Nice staff, restaurant offers a nice variety in the evening.
