The stuff and the localization

The bathroom is too small

Best in city good breakfast. The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful.

Free parking, a nice welcome, comfortable bed and clean room.

The shower was flow and position meant the shower room floor got soaked after every shower. The breakfast wasn’t great.

Great location and hotel was good.

The location was great, our room had seaview, near to shops, restaurants. Room was clean, beds were comfortable to sleep.

- It is right on the beach - less than 10 seconds to walk. - The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. - It was nice to not have to pay for sunbeds. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Room was cleaned every day to a good standard. - The attached restaurant was good and offered a nice variety of dishes for a fair price. - The hotel is close to many different restaurants and shops so there is plenty of choice for meals. - It is possible to walk into Durrës (40 minutes if walking slowly) - Beds were fairly comfortable.

- Breakfast was a bit limited - there was little variety from day to day. It was filling, but a bit more variety would have been nice. - WiFi was free but it was very unreliable. - The layout of the bathroom didn’t make much sense and there was no door on the shower, this means everything gets wet even if you are trying to be careful. - It would have been nice to have had a slight discount as a guest of the hotel in the restaurant.

Very good location, right at the beach. Breakfast buffet was good and had some variety every morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sea view was beautiful.

Shower head was broken and one day there was no warm water for couple of hours.

It was really nice the breakfast, the view and the location. The staff was smiling and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day.

The beach wasn't so clean. It was cigarette pieces and trash in the sand.

It is a family owned hotel with one of the best restaurants and pizzeria in the area. Both chefs’ cooking is freaking fantastic and the prices of the food and cocktails are normal, actually cheaper than anywhere in Europe, and the quality is very good. They also have a private stretch of beach so nobody has to be worried about sunbeds or umbrella which is included in the rooms price: just one umbrella and two sunbeds/room. The service is amazing: the staff is kind, and helpful in the restaurant and the whole hotel. The rooms are clean - thanks to the cleaners who are also very kind. The beds are relatively comfortable and there are mosquito nets on every window. If you book a room with a sea-view you get the light breeze all day long and can enjoy not just the view but the voice of the Adriatic as well. There is possibility for late check-in and out, thanks to a-24-hour reception service. Location is excellent, cleaning personal is exceptional.

Room is outdated ,air conditioning blowing straight to beds. Bathrom is small and do not have always hot water.TV is very small and old.Breakfast is same every day.

Some towel was torn. The breakfast was very poor. We had no hot water last day. The staff was kind but without experience. There are a lot of works on the beach around.

The hotel is in a great location on the beach with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel has sunloungers on the beach that are free for hotel guests. The room was fine for what we needed and included a fridge that was helpful for keeping our water cold. The staff were mostly helpful. Although the restaurant staff were not very attentive.

The breakfast was poor, not a lot of choice and the quality of what was there was poor. Tea and coffee was cold. The bread and the pastries felt stale.
