There was no hot water in the shower. The way to the apartment is a bit up hill. Every evening in the room untill 12 am you can hear loud music from the city.

Nice paintings in the room, very nice and helpful stuff. Outside the room they have washing machine, iron, AC and small kitchen inside the room. We like the balcony with small sea view.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming family-run property! The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and had such a unique character with its artistic touches. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm atmosphere with panoramic view !

There are stairs - no lift. Although I received help with luggage. The property is up the hillside - so a bit of steep walking getting up and down to the promenade/restaurants. Shower has no screen.

Large clean room - bottled water supplied. Amazing view. Very kind and lovely people looking after the place. Cafe upstairs with wonderful views.

If you are noise sensitive, you might need earplugs to fall asleep at night because of the loud dance music from the town.

Clean hotel with character and well equipped rooms( AC, fridge,little kitchen).Friendly and welcoming owner. Great location far from the crowds and very loud music. Lovely sea view from a little balcony. Little convenience shops, restaurants within 10 min walking distance. The hotel is situated on a hill so you need to be fit to get there and it takes about 20 min from the town centre and the sea.

The owner is a Greek painter: very friendly and welcoming. He is happy to show guests his lovely artworks. Great view of bay. The rooftop bar serves amazing breakfasts.

There was some noise during the night and you have to walk up the hill (but then you get the nice views ofc).

The room was big and the view was great. Also the staff were super nice and the possibility to use the washing machine is a great bonus.

I really enjoyed my stay in Vive Mare. Beautiful and clean room with panoramic view, in walking distance from the town centre. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it !

Sarande traffic is bad but parking is private and good, although hard to get to. I cant complain, we had a good stay.

Apartments with beautiful paintings. Staff is very nice and helpful, most do not speak english but communicate well through translate. The painter can show you many of his works. View of the sea and sunset is great. City centre is a short walk away.

Located just near the city centre and sea side, this house provides you great hospitality. Popi, despite the language barrier, was very helpful. The room was very clean, cosy and we really enjoyed the view. I would definitely recommend it!

Needs more/bigger pillows and a dust pan would be great as "sand" ends up everywhere.

The view is incredible. Good location, a little walk from the boardwalk, but it means it's a bit quieter. The staff are all super lovely and the private car park allowed us to leave the car safely.

There is no reception. The only people at the hotel tried to be helpful but do not speak English. The entrance is not marked so be sure you contact the owner before arrival.
