We found hair in the bathroom as soon as we went in and it didn’t seem very fresh inside.

Location was very good and had their own parking with lots of spots available, staff was really nice, breakfast was good as well.

The mosk is too close it can be a bit loud in the morning but if you’re not a light sleeper you should be fine

Air condition was new , but make a lot of noise, so for people who want absolute peace is a bit difficult…and behind the sink the housekeeper need to clean more frequently!

The location is weird because in the morning with ezan we heard roosters interesting. Second floor is not good I think and there is no kettle and any tea or tea.

I like a girl who serve us in the morning for breakfast. She is really great, kind, big smile on her face and helpfully person and open mind ever. The kiss love bunk bed in the room. But it was dangerous my kids fell down from the ladders. Breakfast is amazing I love it.

Our room was not clean and definitely needed some some cosmetic repair. I found some hair and eyelashes on our bed and I hope the bedclothes were changed before our check-in but they didn't seem fresh. There were some stains on the walls and really dirty baseboards. The bathroom had mold and it seems that shower head was never cleaned. In addition wi-fi connection was terrible, really slow and often interrupted.

Easy check-in with clear instructions. The hotel is 5 minutes from the bus station and there is a supermarket nearby. The girls on reception were nice and lovely.

I was a bit dissapointed, becase the pictures of the hotel room looked a bit more "luxury". Probably it was a magic of the good lighting. The room was oriented to meshita so they played prayers early morning/late night. Room didnt have any fridge. In the bathroom was mold on the covers. The location of the hotel was quite far away from the city center, we had to go by bus arounf 40 minutes.

The personal was really nice and helpful.

We booked three bedroom apartment but what was not mentioned was that it meant just 3 separate rooms in one corridor and only one of the rooms had bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the water didn't go down the shower drain. The sheets were clean alright but we couldn't shake off the feeling that the place was not well maintained. The breakfast was scarce and the owner failed to mention to us that large coffee would not be included in the price and charged us extra. Overall we don't understand the positive reviews and wouldn't be visiting again let alone recommending it to our friends. Just pay some more so you could have good night's sleep.
