    Nothing at all

Hot water was not available at late hours. Air conditioning was not working and has been fixed late. The room is sold for 4 people but it was very small (maybe suitable only for 2 people) and there was no place to put the clothes and all stuff. Air conditioning was directed to the bunk bed's upper floor and nobody can sleep there when the air conditioning is on. The room was not clean enough and the bathroom was very small and since there is no separation between the toilet and the shower, the water remains in the toilet when the shower is used. Beach was not clean, full of cigarette butts and some days you can see the filth of the boats passing by on the sea. On the breakfast, the black tea was not available for 2 days. The breakfast menu items have not been replenished if they had been consumed.

the location on a private beach was very nice and the view was wonderful. the staff was nice and trying to be helpful.

The rooms are actually a hostel that got a paint job. It is NOT what you see on the pictures. The cleaning staff did tried to open the overflooded shower but it wasn't the best.

The place was dirty, toilet smells all over the beach. We came one day evening time from trip and we didn’t have hot water. The pictures on booking don’t match the reality.

The views from the restaurant and beach are amazing! You are right on the water and the sunsets are exceptional. The food in the restaurant was really good too! Be aware that you are a little way out of Vlore so would need a car to get in and out if you want to explore.

The family rooms don’t have a sea view and it feels quite enclosed - I thought I’d booked a room with a view and hadn’t so was a bit disappointed as we’d paid more for our stay based on this. I don’t think any of the rooms with bunk beds have sea views so check when you book! It felt more like a hostel stay than a hotel based on the room but once you get to the beach and see the view from the restaurant - it brings you back!

This place is right on a little beach which is nice and the view outside the room and the outdoor dining is nice. The rooms are newer but very basic and the floor plan requires you to be very close with whoever you’re traveling with.

The toilet is quite literally in the shower. It’s a little piece of glass separating it from the rest of the room and there isn’t a door for the toilet. Water gets all over the toilet and bathroom floor and is just not a great design and we didn’t have enough towels to wipe it up so we just had soaking towels on the floor trying to keep the water from going all over the rest of the bathroom. The room had a funky smell also. I think it would be better enjoyed if you’re open to using the toilet with who you’re traveling with our if you are alone in a room but that’s just my opinion. I enjoyed the Liro Hotel a lot more for the same price.

The view was stunning! We had reserved chairs in the front row at the beach and the water was amazing. Breakfast on the deck was perfect- delicious options. Staff were all kind and helpful. Great stay!

It was a beautiful location on the sea and perfect for our first stop from the airport when we were in need of some relaxation. The room was lovely with a view of the ocean and a very comfortable bed and nice shower. The breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was really good. We went out for dinner the first night but then ate at the hotel restaurant the rest of the time. It had a really chilled vibe.

It was expensive and you can stay in better places further down the coast. Also we were told to use the sun beds on the beach which is open to the public and very busy, although we had access to a private area on the decking with much nicer beds so make sure you go there! Also no tea/coffee facilities in the room

The breakfast was good, shame it was served 1 hour late with a ‘couldn’t care less ‘ attitude

The room was very spartan, in a tired state and really hot when we moved in, for the price I expect the room to be cool not feeling like I’m moving into an oven! The AC did not work properly, we asked 3 times for the staff to sort it out but no one did anything about it! The staff are evidently untrained, lacking in manners and serving style.

The only good thing about the hotel is the beach and helpful staff that trying their best (I can tell they were unhapy about the atmosphere as well). The restaurant was pricey, however food was satisfying.

A huge disappointment! If you are looking for a guesthouse rather than a 4-star hotel, this place might satisfy you — but unfortunately, at €200 per night, it is absolutely not worth it! We stayed in a standard balcony room for 4 people. The room we stayed in was small and dark, never receiving any sunlight. For the first time in my life, I saw a toilet placed inside the shower cabin. The area is so small that when you take a shower, the entire toilet gets wet, and afterward, you have to clean and dry it — which I don’t think is anyone’s dream vacation. There was no TV, no trash bin, no mirror, no kettle, not even the basic tea/coffee/water amenities you’d find in standard 2-star hotels. There were no hangers to hang clothes! There was some kind of shelf to put your clothes, but it was so small and impractical that it was impossible to fit the belongings of 4 people. Even though we were only 3 people, most of our clothes stayed in our suitcases due to the lack of storage space. When we shared all these disappointments with the hotel owner about the room, the response we got 'he has similiar complaints and for him room is only for sleep what you expect more'. The beach towels and sun loungers were not clean. On days when the sea was rough, there was absolutely nothing to do at the hotel or nearby. There are almost no cafes or restaurants within walking distance, and not even a proper place to go for a walk. Due to the lack of facilities and poor location (nothing apart from the beach), if you don’t have a car, you’re forced to take a taxi to the center every time (average round-trip cost: €20). There is no proper reception rather beach welcoming corner and most of the time empty (even though staff doing their best to cover restaurant, beach, reception at the same time).

    Sea view.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and unfortunately the experience was very poor. Breakfast was extremely limited – cold, dry, tasteless food with no real variety. Completely unacceptable for the price. The room was small, and the bathroom was badly designed – no door or window, so water easily spread into the room after every shower. The terrace door handle was broken and couldn’t be locked – a serious security issue. No hair conditioner and toiletries were very basic. The staff seemed untrained and at times uninterested. The parking lot was already full on the first day, and the beach was open to non-guests, making it overcrowded and not private at all. The price–quality ratio was catastrophic. A night in a hotel like this should not cost more than €90. I would not recommend it and definitely won’t be coming back.
