There could be more hooks in the shower room itself but this is a suggestion to management. Not as social as other hostels but there weren't many there when I was there.

The hostel is at the edge of town but everything is walkable. Theres a large supermarket with everything you need next door, cafes & restaurants are close by. Rooms are spacious, with your own bedside light and charging point. Beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms are large, showers have great pressure & plenty of hot water. Free tea & coffee available & use of the washer & dryer are also free. Large kitchen with plenty of space to cook & mingle. Brilliant roof top area with great views. Honestly one of the best hostels I've stayed in and I've stayed in lots !! You won't be disappointed!! I booked 2 nights & stayed 5.

It’s clean, spacious and modern. I stayed in the female dorm which comes with privacy curtains, charging port and night lights. Showers had great water pressure and there’s a communal kitchen in the basement. The view from the roof top is incredible.

You can find my early good reviews below. And I will say it again - the staff treats me like in the best hotel. They are like kind and reliable friends who care and do everything to make me feel special every time. But it is also important to note how clean and cozy Tumo 11+1 is! I plan to go there with a big group of friends to spend time and fully enjoy their rooftop!

There are no sockets next to the beds. In fact there is only one socket in the whole room. ( they do have USB-A ports for each bed, but it's not an ideal solution)

New and modern building, with all the comforts. Staff is friendly and available. Close to many cafés and restaurants. The roof terrace was amazing!

I usually don’t write many reviews but this place deserve a 10/10 rating. After touring the world for more than a year, this is one of the very best hostels I have stayed at. Everything is extremely well managed. Rooms are big, super clean, beds are confortable with privacy curtains, lights, plug… Bathrooms are modern and always clean. Laundry is free and there is an electric dryer which is amazing in a place where you hike a lot. There’s also a kitchen and a big supermarket Nextdoor. The highlight is the rooftop terrace where you can chill with a nice view over town. They also support a social mission which makes it even more worth to stay at. I would definitely come again.

It would have been good if they can add an additional washer/dryer under the stairs as at times people are waiting to wash their clothes. Also I wasn’t sure how to turn the lights on at the rooftop so instructions on the stairs to do that would be good.

Amazing hostel in Dilijan with an amazing mission to help fund the community centre below it. I’d recommend for all types of travellers with accommodation in private rooms as well as shared rooms. The beds and views are amazing from the top floor of the mountains. There are laundry and irons available as well as a big kitchen. We also had a tour of the whole community centre by the lovely lady on the front desk.

One of the best hostels. Must equipped for sure. Everything seems to be thought thru. Each bed has personal light, outlet, foldable table and a hook in your bed, two towels, I have never seen that in any other hostel. It'sl very clean, fresh. Location is good, staff is super friendly!

The kitchen is poorly equipped, the fridge doesn't work all the time, or you have to activate it manually.

I really loved the hostel. The dorms are very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I got some advice for hikes in Dilijan. You even get a 10% discount for the restaurant on the other side of the street. Moreover, the hostel is part of the Tumo Foundation Centre, which provides professional education to local teenagers. By staying in the hostel, you contribute to local economic development and to strengthen the local community.

For my experience it is not a social hostel, so if you are travelling solo I don't think this is the perfect spot. Also, as much as we loved the hostel, the city itself was not worth the visit (this is my personal opinion)

The place was very new and the fact that it also helps the commuity is amazing: they've created a space were kids can learn for free technology, socialize, go to the library, and so on and so forth :). I truly loved this idea. Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely nice with us! They tried to accomodate us in every possible way.

I keep returning to Tumo 1+1 as if it were my second home. The staff, as always, is exceptional, making me feel like a long-awaited guest every time. This time, they even upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise and added to the comfort of my stay. Truly a welcoming and exceptional experience!

Everything was incredibly good and spotless. Dorm was so spacious which makes up for sharing the place. I could also use the laundry for free. This place is ideal for those who work remotely and study -- there's also a library!! This is most likely the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Last but not least, the staff -- with particular mention to guy at the reception and the brunette lady --- were always so kind. If again in Dilijan, will be surely back.

1. It would be better to have a bracket in the bathroom for guests to put small items such as soap and combs; and add a few hooks for guests to hang bath towels and clean clothes, as well as dirty clothes. 2. The curtains of the dormitory beds need to be extended, the current ones cannot cover the entire bed. 3. There are not enough sockets in the dormitory rooms. There is a USB socket at the head of the bed but the iPhone cannot be used. Of course, guests can go to the leisure area, where there are enough sofas and sockets.

This is probably the best hostel in Armenia, with great facilities, cleanliness, generosity, and friendly staff. They offer free laundry and drying services, and I also enjoyed a rich free breakfast when I stayed there. But I would like to say something to future guests. This hostel is very generous, as a guest, just enjoy this generosity, but please cherish it and don't abuse it. Because during my stay, I saw some guests abuse the laundry service many times. One time they only had a few small underwear, which didn't look dirty at all, but chose a program of over 2 hours; another time they had two bath towels, one large and one small, and also chose a program of over 2 hours. This is definitely an abuse of the free service provided by the hostel. For myself, I don't use the laundry service so frequently, I only use it when I have enough clothes to wash and I always chose the program of less than 1 hour because normally my clothes wouldn't be that dirty. In fact, if you abuse any benefits, it seems that you don't need to pay, but from a deeper level, it is actually consuming your own blessings. It is equivalent to you owe the hostel, and God will make you repay it in the future. So, never abuse anything, because that's your own thing, no matter it appears to be yours or not.

Amazing location in the centre of town. The hostel is really well organised, immaculately clean and the staff are kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and slept so well...highly recommend!
