Nice staff, very approachable too. Comfy beds, clean facilities, well-equipped kitchen.

Nothing to dislike.

I loved the rooftop. And could finally wash AND dry my clothes. Very friendly people, big room, nice view.

Good location with supermarkets next door/ across street. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious rooms/ beds with bedside light and charging point. Immaculately clean (and sufficient number of) bathrooms (separate for male/ female and also separate showers and toilets). Wonderfully nice, patient and helpful male administrator working the front desk (who helped me resolve a payment issue with Booking.Com). Free use of laundry and drying machine (cheap to buy a soap capsule/ pod from front desk) with available drying rack. Decent kitchen facilities (large fridge, stove).

Institutional feel to the very large complex and even the sitting/ common area at reception is dark and feels cold/ impersonal… the kitchen became the de facto area to meet people. Rooftop patio needs a sun umbrella/ cover to protect from the strong sun as it’s too hot to be up there in the day as is (evenings are nice). More hooks needed in the showers. Need some better/ newer kitchen items- ie the stove does not light easily as it’s old.

Comfortable and central, and really great that it’s a charity supporting local students.

The hostel is at the edge of town but everything is walkable. Theres a large supermarket with everything you need next door, cafes & restaurants are close by. Rooms are spacious, with your own bedside light and charging point. Beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms are large, showers have great pressure & plenty of hot water. Free tea & coffee available & use of the washer & dryer are also free. Large kitchen with plenty of space to cook & mingle. Brilliant roof top area with great views. Honestly one of the best hostels I've stayed in and I've stayed in lots !! You won't be disappointed!! I booked 2 nights & stayed 5.

There could be more hooks in the shower room itself but this is a suggestion to management. Not as social as other hostels but there weren't many there when I was there.

This hostel is too good to be true. One of the best I have ever stayed in!! And I have visited hundreds!

It’s clean, spacious and modern. I stayed in the female dorm which comes with privacy curtains, charging port and night lights. Showers had great water pressure and there’s a communal kitchen in the basement. The view from the roof top is incredible.

You can find my early good reviews below. And I will say it again - the staff treats me like in the best hotel. They are like kind and reliable friends who care and do everything to make me feel special every time. But it is also important to note how clean and cozy Tumo 11+1 is! I plan to go there with a big group of friends to spend time and fully enjoy their rooftop!

New and modern building, with all the comforts. Staff is friendly and available. Close to many cafés and restaurants. The roof terrace was amazing!

There are no sockets next to the beds. In fact there is only one socket in the whole room. ( they do have USB-A ports for each bed, but it's not an ideal solution)

I usually don’t write many reviews but this place deserve a 10/10 rating. After touring the world for more than a year, this is one of the very best hostels I have stayed at. Everything is extremely well managed. Rooms are big, super clean, beds are confortable with privacy curtains, lights, plug… Bathrooms are modern and always clean. Laundry is free and there is an electric dryer which is amazing in a place where you hike a lot. There’s also a kitchen and a big supermarket Nextdoor. The highlight is the rooftop terrace where you can chill with a nice view over town. They also support a social mission which makes it even more worth to stay at. I would definitely come again.

Amazing hostel in Dilijan with an amazing mission to help fund the community centre below it. I’d recommend for all types of travellers with accommodation in private rooms as well as shared rooms. The beds and views are amazing from the top floor of the mountains. There are laundry and irons available as well as a big kitchen. We also had a tour of the whole community centre by the lovely lady on the front desk.

It would have been good if they can add an additional washer/dryer under the stairs as at times people are waiting to wash their clothes. Also I wasn’t sure how to turn the lights on at the rooftop so instructions on the stairs to do that would be good.

One of the best hostels. Must equipped for sure. Everything seems to be thought thru. Each bed has personal light, outlet, foldable table and a hook in your bed, two towels, I have never seen that in any other hostel. It'sl very clean, fresh. Location is good, staff is super friendly!
