Everything went well. We stayed very shortly just after arrival and before departure. The transfers to and from the airport went very smoothly although they were at night. The location is good with supermarkets nearby and the hotel is clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The price value is excellent. Thank you very much!

This hotel is located between the city and the airport. We left the airport for the hotel in the middle of the night. Even though it was around 2am, the owner, Alem, was waiting for us to check in. He carried our luggage to our room. The staff is very kind. When there was a power outage in the city the next morning, he came to our room out of concern. There was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, and coffee was also prepared. There were three of us, but we were able to sleep comfortably. Alem even printed our boarding passes for us. If you are staying near the airport, I highly recommend this place.

I asked the girl at the reception to order a taxi for me at 03.30. She agreed and said that a taxi to the airport costs 15 euros. I knew this because I had already stayed here once. However, the next morning, it was not a taxi that arrived, but a simple car. The driver requested 40 euros to the airport. I had to pay. I believe that the girl should have ordered a taxi or warned me that this is impossible.

It's a bit noisy from the road. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have a small wardrobe for clothes.

A good hotel, not far from the airport. The room includes a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, and coffee. The staff is very pleasant and helped with carrying the luggage up and down (there is no elevator in the hotel).

Half of the rooms have windows to the very noisy street. There're noisy cars driving on this street all the time, even at night. If you're sensitive to noise, you should ask for a room with windows to the backyard.

Please ask for breakfast if you need one before arrival. Once ordered and delivered, it was the tastiest breakfast my family has ever tasted anywhere!!!

The owner's hospitality and charm are second to none. Even though we had some issues in the beginning, the owner was so welcoming and helpful that they overcompensated anything that had to be rectified which it was!

The bed sheets were clean but old. They should be replaced. We had a car, so the location was OK for us.

Toilet did not flush. Reported it but repair did not work so water ran all night. Luckily the noise was shut out by the door! The hotel is actually on the second floor of the building with shops(?) offices (?) underneath. No lift so had to carry bags up to 3rd floor. Reception did not seem to be manned very often!

Location chosen for proximity to airport. No breakfast. We asked for a taxi at 1.45am but ended up getting our own. Good supermarket and food court nearby for a meal.

It was too hot in the apartment. We stayed in family room. A/C was only in living room, no A/C in the bedrooms. Shower in the toilet room with no curtains.

The transfer was poorly organized. The hotel is old and unkempt. The air conditioner almost doesn't work. I do not recommend this hotel for individual travelers neither for families.
